Removing Winnings

After thousands of deposits at Winna casino, today, to my surprise I hit more than 100 multiplier and won 7700 on 1 particular bet (Gates of Olympus). Happily, the same minute I decided to make a withdrawal and I was chocked when I found 142$ ONLY in my balance, after checking with support, they asked me for a proof of my winnings 😗....
I went back to my bets history (which should show the 100 multiplier even if I lost, but this particular bet was not there, it was removed so I can't get a proof of my winnings and the removal of more than 7800$ will be justified....
Avoid this casino and save your money.
The incident took place on 16th of May, between 2 and 3 PM, if Winna likes to review this particular bet with 3 multipliers (100+..+...), total winnings on this particular bet 7800$.

Not Worth Your Time or Your Money

I'll keep this simple because I've already wasted enough time on this platform.

From day one I struggled to claim my initial welcome gift. A week of jumping through hoops, following up multiple times and getting ignored by their own VIP support staff. Not delayed. Ignored. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how they treat customers.

The RTP feels manipulated. The wagering requirements are designed to make sure you never actually see your winnings. And when you don't hit their arbitrary wager targets in their arbitrary timeframe they threaten to pull your VIP status as if that's supposed to motivate you to keep throwing money at a rigged system.

I made the decision to stop playing here entirely. Not out of frustration in a bad session, but as a calm, calculated conclusion after watching the pattern repeat itself. There are too many honest platforms out there to waste time on one that treats its players like a problem to be managed rather than customers to be valued.

I'd rather watch a documentary. Genuinely.

Scam casino, confiscated +1k. I filled a complaint to their customer service and they ignored it. Also I filled a complaint against their license holder. Now I just checked their license appears as PENDING... looks like an exit SCAM. Stay away and withdraw your money if you are playing!

Scammer Crypto Casino - DO NOT deposit there

DO NOT deposit money in this website, as they scam people who win.

I registered and placed some bets on the Sportsbook that i fancied. They reduced the stakes, then i decided to withdraw my balance. Then they placed the account under review citing ''suspicious betting activity including practices such as value betting, late betting, arbitrage betting or betting on fixed matches'' and i had to wait up to 5 business days.

I had not engaged in neither arbitrage, fixed matches or late betting, rather i just placed bets that i liked, which can be potentially classified as value betting.

This is the FIRST place, that outlaws value betting as an illegal practice as per their e-mail. I was floored when i read that. What is the client supposed to do - just roll over and play 10 match multis that have no chance of winning?

I was then forced to complete KYC which i did and they got back with a response a few days later:

''Please note:

Due to the suspicious activity detected, we cannot honor any winnings derived from fraudulent sportsbook activity.
You are entitled to withdraw up to the total amount of your deposits.''

This means any account that actually manages to win money can be classified as ''fraudulent activity'' and they can just seize your funds. This is exactly what they did, as they seized close to 700 $ from the account and processed just 50 $ so they basically returned my deposits (as they also have the highest fees out of all the Crypto casinos)

I mentioned in my communication with them, that i am documenting everything that is happening and i will post my case in all the popular crypto casino review websites/forums in case they decided to be shady and confiscate my winnings. So any amount of money they scammed me out of, they would lose x fold on players, who find out they are untrustworthy and engage in thieving practices once a player wins.

Please do NOT trust this website with your money. Any chance you think you may have to win, will be eviscerated by immoral practices with false and vague accusations.

Warning: Stay Away from Winna.com – Balance Confiscated

I am writing this to warn anyone considering depositing money on Winna.com. After months of consistent play and reaching VIP Gold status, the site has proven to be completely untrustworthy.

Here is the reality of my experience:

Confiscated Funds: They have declined my withdrawal requests and confiscated my entire balance, totaling $700.

Support Ghosting: Customer support has completely ignored my inquiries regarding the status of my funds. There is zero transparency and no explanation provided for the seizure of my money.

Silenced and Censored: To make matters worse, they have silenced me from the public chat. Instead of addressing the issue, they blocked my ability to speak so that other players wouldn't see the truth about what is happening.

It is clear that Winna.com has no respect for its loyal players, regardless of their VIP tier. If you appreciate your money and want a fair gaming environment, stay far away from this site. They are more than happy to take your deposits, but they will steal your balance the moment you try to cash out.

Winna is honestly the worst place to play

Winna has my heart

I randomly stumbled across Winnna Online Crypto and honestly didn’t expect much at first. The platform itself looks pretty similar to other online crypto casinos.
What actually got my attention was the bonuses. The weekly, monthly, quarterly bonuses were noticeably better than what I’ve seen on other sites, and they actually felt worth it.
Another thing I thought was cool is the “rain” feature. About every 25 minutes, they drop whatever’s in the pot and split it between users who joined. It adds a fun, community-type vibe instead of just straight gambling.
Customer service is the same group of people. Showing the picture of who you’re speaking with to me is great. I feel heard. I can count on a human representative to help me navigate with whatever I need instead of going back and forth with an ai bot.
What really stood out to me though was the co-founder, Paul. He made a post, I commented my Winnna username, and he actually sent me $50. That kind of interaction and showing love to users is rare, and it definitely made me want to support the platform more. I’ve completely switched over fully to Winna and I don’t regret it. ❤️

I create a profile on winna casino where I get a VIP transfer because I have way over 6 million dollars on Stake I am promised gold and green forests after I join I also get a VIP host everything looks good but from there it is probably one of the most amateur casinos I have ever tried I write to six different VIP hosts none of them answer me the bonuses are some of the worst I have ever tried suddenly I get an email that I have to play 500,000$ within three months otherwise I will lose my VIP so I have deleted my account here I will never ever play again

I've spent $1000s Winna. The bonuses are good and support does help. The reason I gave 2 stars. They scammed me out of a blackjack win. I have screenshots to provide it.
