Winna bookmaker annulled winnings after KYC: "Scammer" in betting, but can I play in the casino?

Complaint against Winna Bookmaker: Unjustified Voiding of Winnings

I am a registered player at Winna bookmaker. After making a deposit, I placed only four bets in total. Immediately following my first partial withdrawal request, my account was flagged for a security review.

Timeline of Events:

Account Restriction: After a 5-day waiting period, my access to sports betting was restricted. Curiously, I was still permitted to play in the casino section, which is inconsistent with a "suspicious" account status.

Verification (KYC): To withdraw my remaining balance, the bookmaker required a full KYC verification. I provided all requested documents, and my identity was successfully verified.

The Result: Once my identity was confirmed, Winna voided all of my profits, leaving only the initial deposit amount available for withdrawal.

The Bookmaker's Stance vs. The Facts:

The deduction was justified by the bookmaker as "fraudulent betting." However, I dispute this for the following reasons:

Lack of Evidence: The bookmaker failed to provide any specific details or evidence regarding what exactly constituted "fraud" in my four standard bets.

Selective Restriction: If the bookmaker genuinely suspected me of fraudulent activity, it is illogical that my access to the casino remains active. This suggests the issue is not with my integrity as a player, but rather a refusal to pay out sports winnings.

Successful KYC: My documents were fully accepted. This rules out any concerns regarding multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or identity falsification.

Claim:

I am an honest player who has complied with all site rules and verification procedures. I consider Winna’s actions to be an unjustified confiscation of funds. The fact that they still encourage me to play in their casino while withholding my sports winnings is clear evidence of bad faith.

Resolution Requested:

I demand that my legitimate winnings be restored to my account balance and that I be allowed to withdraw the full amount without further delay.

when there is a techinal issue they take forever to fix and the support says the same thing over and over again its like they have 1 tech person working they said the escalated the issue yet its been 48 hours and no reply like how does a million dollar corporation have 0 tech support turns out they have 9 employees working they dont really care about the players its quiet literally a joke not to mention when i finally get my account back and show them suspicious activity in my casino history about my account being hacked after I changed my password im still waiting 40 hours for. Team to see my issue multi million dollar company by the way

they ignoring players

When I tried to withdraw my funds, they told me my account was under review and that it would take 5 business days. After that time passed, they started ignoring me everywhere. Recently i found winna from goobr. . i checked it got a vip transfer and lost little over 500$ . after all that when i asked vip host for the code for the welcome bonus on vip transfer i am not getting reply . its being approx 18 hrs . i made one ticket more after that which they didnt reply . and when i made a new one after 5- 8 hrs and told them i will have it posted here they replied . its being 1 day and the vip host cant reply on tickets . these guys earn millions cant afford some few more vip host .

Welp, Winna has redeemed itself!

Welp, it finally happened, Winna redeemed themselves tonight so I came here and deleted the 20 1 star reviews I left.

My honest take on Winna:

The site is 100% legit and safe to use. Even for US citizens. They have quite a few cool features like tipping, chat rain, good formulas on weeklies and monthlies, and level up bonuses. Though I would prefer to have static level up bonuses as I'd like to get something for my gameplay, still good perks nonetheless.

I could be wrong but I also feel high deposits and larger bet sizes see more wins.

Overall, I think Winna is a good contender for the likes of Stake! Be safe and responsible with your gameplay and make sure you check out Winna!

VIP doesn’t mean much.

I am writing this review to document my personal experience as a high-volume Winna player so other serious players can make informed decisions.

Around December 30, while holding Gold VIP status, I had a significant win and within roughly 8 hours wagered enough to progress through Platinum into Diamond VIP. During this session and the days that followed, my withdrawals were limited to $25,000, with one exception of $40,000.

My VIP host later confirmed to me that my withdrawal limits should have been significantly higher and that the lower limits were due to human error. During this period I repeatedly attempted withdrawals but was asked by support to lower the requested amounts so they could be processed. This went on for several days before being corrected.

During this same timeframe my account also became temporarily restricted from withdrawals and tipping after I had already tipped approximately $13,000 to the community through the rain feature. Because of the delays and restrictions, I found it difficult to secure my winnings while I was actively attempting to withdraw.

I want to be clear that I take full responsibility for my own gambling decisions. No one forced me to continue playing. However, the withdrawal delays, changing limits, and temporary restrictions did make it more difficult to withdraw funds while I was attempting to do so.

Liam did acknowledge the withdrawal limit error and offered $2,000 as compensation. While I accepted it, I did communicate that it did not feel proportionate given the circumstances and my level of activity on the platform.

I was also told that my situation could be further reviewed and was advised to reach out the owner, to try to have the matter properly evaluated. I did attempt this escalation but did not receive a response regarding the issue itself, although I did receive general check-in messages that did not address the concern.

Additionally, I was told I would receive further follow-up regarding my situation as well an additional “bonuses” or wager target reversal. As of writing this review, I have not received any update regarding that review in over two months despite waiting for communication.

For context regarding my level of activity on the platform:
• Approximately $4,000,000 wagered in Q1
• Diamond VIP status achieved rapidly through play
• Quarterly bonus of approximately $1,000
• No significant level-up recognition from the host team
• Noticeable reduction in weekly and monthly bonuses after losses
• Lossback benefits no longer offered

What concerned me most was the noticeable change in communication once I stopped depositing. After I stated I would not continue depositing until the situation felt reasonably reviewed, communication from my host largely stopped. The last direct response I received was: “I’m not going to beg you to stay.”

To be fair, another team member, Caelin, was always professional and responsive, and I do appreciate that level of professionalism.

My personal conclusion from this experience is that Diamond VIP status did not translate into the level of support or relationship management I personally expected from a VIP program. I felt valued while actively wagering, but much less so once I stopped depositing.

This review is not about gambling losses themselves, but about how the operational issues surrounding withdrawals, communication, and account handling were managed.

I am simply documenting my personal experience so other high-volume players can understand what they may encounter. I remain open to Winna reviewing this situation and providing what they consider a fair resolution. If that happens, I am willing to update this review to reflect the outcome. Also note Dave has started conversations with me and looking forward to progress. Will update once resolved.

I still retain records of the communications referenced above and am willing to provide verification to Trustpilot if required to confirm this is a genuine customer experience.

My experience with Winna.com has been terrible. They make depositing money easy, but when it comes to cashing out, they are slow and have many issues. What's the point of a vip group that doesn't reward its members, a wager and deposit requirement for a chance at catching no rains, a vip bonus only counting 25% of my wager due to location limits, a tier reward system that awards only the minimum (Bronze- Platinum 1), and these are naming a few overall problems. At first, it was decent with excellent lossback, but it's probably due to winna pumping me up to give them a good review.

This doesn’t look like simple bad luck…

This doesn’t look like simple bad luck — it feels like there’s a built-in ceiling. The audit indicates the actual limits are lower than what’s supposed to be standard.

Even mid-range hits like 26x appear to be suppressed, almost as if payouts are being skimmed to finance those big “rain” events.

Winna doesn’t seem provably fair in this case — if anything, the opposite. The logs from December 17 raise serious red flags.

The weighting table is another issue. The 1000x tier was given a 0.65 weight instead of the full 1.0 it should have.

All in all, it comes across like the system is tilted — as if outcomes are being measured with a biased formula that works against the player.
