Order split in 2 delivries

Order with 2 deliveries. First was next day and second was posponed 2 times. All in all 5 days. When contacting customer service no convincing answers and sole action was to get link to UPS to follow delays what I already had. O value added from this poor customer service. No realibilty.

Really quite a strange experience.

Really quite a strange experience.
No orders present in my account until the whole order had been delivered, so impossible to check until too late.
The order was delivered in two parts, but that was not mentioned anywhere, so a mystery package arrived with two oil filters. Then I received a despatch notification and the rest of the order was sent out. That parcel the UPS delivery driver clearly couldn't be bothered to deliver because I was informed that I'd chosen to have it sent to a pick-up point. No, I didn't do that. But I did have to go collect it from said pick-up point!
All parts were correct, but a strange thing, I ordered two identical oil filters because I like to do a double oil change, with a flush. Anyhow, they both arrived in the first delivery, identical manufacturer and part number, but physically different!! They both appear to fit, one more easily than the other, but pretty bonkers to get two completely different items under the same part number. And so if the manufacturer has evolved their product, surely it would make more sense to send me two identical ones of whichever version? No? I guess thats just common sense. Well there we are, it wasn't a disaster, but I won't be coming back.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your order with us. We regret that things di not go well with the shipping and collecting of your order.
Concerning the fact that your order was not displayed in your client space can be normal if the account was activated after having placed the order. We are working on improving this, but should you order again, you will be able to see the order history there.
Then for the delivery of 2 different packages, we made this to deliver faster products that can be shipped directly from our partners warehouses in France. This option works only in France. We, however, recognize that ther should be more communication on this and apologize that we did not inform you about that. We will also work on that.
there is also UPS which delivered your package in a pick up point as if you asked so. Fro that we can only apologize because that was not our intent. Your package should've been delivered to your preferred address. It must be that they failed in a way or another to deliver at the requested address, so they prefered to drop it near you at a pick up store instead of returning it which would've been unpleasant I can imagine.
Last but not least, the fact that you order two oil filters but received both being different one from another is a NO for us. We regret it and offer you our sincere apology as this is very rare for us to hear. Should there be any inconvenience here, do not hesitate to let us know via reclamations@winparts.fr.

After taking it a very good experience

After taking gym car registration and identifying my car, you still sent me the wrong part. That left me having to go elsewhere and having the ordeal of sending the package back to you. I hope you will refund not only for the wrong part but also for the cost you charged me for the postage.

Dès que le colis est remis au transporteur, un lien de suivi vous est remis par mail, et nous vous conseillons de le contrôler régulièrement dès lors.

order shipped by WINPARTS with UPS but never received

order shipped by WINPARTS with UPS (Your order has been shipped WP224-432426) but NEVER RECEIVED.
Nobody told me a Pb occured with UPS and my order has been damaged.
It's almost 1 month that I ordered and PAID but still nothing.
I was expecting to be contacted by WINPARTS to inform me about the situation.
It's a shame.

Product listed as in stock but was not

Product listed as in stock. Item was not sent. When I phoned they said they could not get the item. Yet the item remains listed as in stock on the website. I was at the very least reimbursed. It is a complete waste of time to order from this company.

Malheureusement, il arrive que certains produits ne nous puissent pas être livrés dans l'immédiat par le fabricant, or que celui ci prenne plus de temps que prévu pour nous confirmer être hors stock. Lorsqu'un produit commandé y a 3 jours auparavant sans que nous l'ayons reçu, et que nous ne recevons pas de nouvelle date de livraison du fabricant par exemple, nous estimons que le produit est hors stock hélas. Or le site ne sera que modifié lorsque le fabricant nous indique cela, d'où la confusion.

Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas trouver votre commande sous votre nom. Nous vous recommandons fortement de prendre contact avec nous afin que nous puissions résoudre ce problème avec vous, auprès de l'adresse mail info@winparts.fr, si cela n'a pas encore été fait.
