1 Star – No Service, No Warranty, No Responsibility
I purchased Winsol SolarFix 90 screens in 2023 through their certified dealer Kruk & Nowak. Since then, multiple units have failed: some no longer move, one screen has been fully closed for over a year, several get stuck, and one fabric is damaged. In winter, additional screens stop working entirely.
Despite countless documented emails since 2023, not a single inspection, repair, or technical check has ever taken place.
Winsol blocks all direct contact and redirects everything to the dealer. The dealer does not respond or refuses any warranty service. The result: darkened rooms, defective products, and zero support.
Absolutely not recommended!!!!

As a manufacturer, we work through certified dealers for installation, service, and warranty handling. However, we absolutely expect our partners to assist customers in a timely and professional manner, and we regret that this has not been the case here.
