I recently had 10 windows and the front door of my house replaced by Belisol Leuven. From the initial consultation with Hans Wouters (Tienen) to the installation and final finishing, everything went smoothly. Belisol’s administration kept me informed of progress during the manufacturing process and when the installation team came, they worked efficiently and cleanly and fully tested everything before leaving. Both the windows and the door seem to be great quality. In short, I can heartily recommend Belisol Leuven. That this has been such a good experience is due in no small measure to the professional diligence of Hans and to the friendliness and expertise of the workmen.

The sales team at Belisol Waterloo did a great job at explaining the ideal product. We ordered 2 big sliding doors and they also helped us solve a problem with 3 windows by offering a solution which was included in the price. The installation by Ionut Beneyl and his co-worker Marius went really well. They installed it fast but well. They cleaned up and were very courteous and diligent with the work. I already recommended them to our neighbours.

Very disappointed in this company - they didn't return emails after they gave a one line quote - guess they are not interested in the smaller quotations which is sad as I had previously had the whole house done by them.
I did email them at the address and ... NOTHING!

I’ve been waiting for 5 months for the installation. They order the material during 3 months and installation was canceled and rescheduled 3 times. They have a very poor customer service. I regret that I’ve chosen Belisol.

We replaced all windows and the garage door in our house and trusted the job to Belisol. Benoit Hertoghe provided us with excellent customer service, was readily available to answer our questions and went out of his way to meet our requirements. Michel Trochs and Philippe Piret also deserve to be mentioned for their support and excellent customer service too. The 2 men who installed our windows were friendly, professional, tidy and efficient (unfortunately I do not have their names). All staff from Belisol that we had dealings with were polite, helpful and professional. The staff all spoke in English with us (unfortunately our French and Flemish was limited) and we had a couple of minor communication mishaps (which is the reason for 4 stars, not 5). However, all issues were amicably and satisfactorily resolved. Overall, we are very pleased that we chose Belisol for our new windows and garage door and we
fully recommend them to others. Thank you for the excellent customer service before, during and after our new windows were installed.

As one of the top 3 providers of replacement doors & windows, we chose Belisol as we wanted confidence that we would get our door without any messing around. Belisol lived up to expectations: calls were returned, deadlines met, and the final product installed with the minimum of fuss by competent workers. Clearly such an impressive business model comes with a bit of extra cost, which we were happy to pay for the peace of mind.
