I never received my order (2 pants) I…
I never received my order (2 pants) I raise a reclamation, it's very very slow although i received a certificate of loss from the carrier.. reclamation has been raise the 23th of November at Paypal level... a lot of exchange... i am still waiting the Winx wheels answer for refund..
In a second step Winx Wheels proposed to refund only 50% of my order (what a joke) ...i refused and i have escalated to Paypal.
Finally, Paypal refund me 100 %.
I'll never come back to Winx wheels

I will never deal with this company or product again. The customer service sucks, I paid for fast shipping and it still took 3 1/2 weeks to get what I ordered. On top of that this product is no better that what you can by at your local bike shop for the same price!

I recently did a review on Winx Wheels about the Ride Ready pants. My concerns were that compared to other motorcycle pants that have a kevlar lining, that these would offer minimal protection in a slide. After this review I received an e-mail from the company who offered me several solutions that would provide me with a good customer experience. I really appreciated this, and I thought that the after sales service and support was of a high standard. After this customer follow up and support, I would definitely return to Winx Wheels for motorcycle products. I would also however, read the product description more thoroughly to avoid disappointment.

Ordered a armoured flannel on October 21st and it is currently November 10th and I still haven't received my order as of the current moment of this review, I have sent many emails asking "what's going on with my order" or "her why isn't this arrived yet" and I get the generic response everytime and I'm left clueless as to why I spent $169.99 and they can't even tell me what's going on. Feel like I was scammed.

Extremely Comfortable Riding Pants!
The minute I tried on my WinxWheels Ride Ready Aramid Riding Pants I knew they were the most comfortable riding pants I've ever owned. I will be ordering more of these for sure.

Wow Nice
Purchase two pair in a 34” waist. I am 5’9” at 175 pounds. I tried on a pair with armor pads in place and the fit was perfect. The length was spot on for motorcycle riding. To order something specialized and have it fit perfect is very difficult to find, They are also very comfortable and feel almost broken in .

The pants come with CE-rated armor at the knees, which feels solid and well-placed. The textile material seems durable and abrasion-resistant, though I haven’t had any crashes to truly test it. Will shop again and again👍

Bought 2 of these. While riding as a passenger on the roadside, it took the sting out of the dips that otherwise would kill my back. On my Softail, they felt so comfortable that I didn’t want to end the ride. Definitely recommend for long rides. Cool. Comfortable and well worth the investment

I ordered 2 pairs of their padded…
I ordered 2 pairs of their padded riding shorts in size large. The package arrived with 2 size small pairs. They say that is what I ordered, even though I specifically remember ordering large. (When you order more than 1 pair it asks for the size for pair#1 and then asks for the size for pair #2). I returned the incorrect sized pairs almost a month ago and have been in contact with numerous support people, but NONE have resolved the problem. They did offer a discount to compensate for the return shipping, WHICH I HAD TO PAY, and offered to put another order through on the 29th of last month, over 2 weeks ago, but I have received nothing from them and have had no refund issued. I did send an email to confirm how the order would be paid for and since then it has been crickets from them... I am totally PO'ed with this outfit and would recommend to anyone else to stay away from them

Ordered 2 pair of bike shorts 9/2/24. It is now 10/10/24, I have emailed customer service 5 times, the tracking says the pkg is lost and stalled out in AZ on 9/24/24. I did eventually receive the shorts 6 weeks after they were ordered. Customer service did reply but all messages went to spam. Shorts have good padding but don't fit my butt well.

Not bad!
I got them last week and here is my view. I wish I could have tried them back in August during prime Florida heat. But it's still hot here and if I was to wear regular jeans compared to these it would be MUCH hotter. They absolutely breathe better than jeans.
I thought they were a more relaxed fit though and they are closer to skinny jeans then straight legged relaxed fit. Which I'm not a fan of skinny jeans.
But they are like border line skinny jeans with still a LITTLE more slack to them. They definitely have to be broken in some because I wear a 36 and they are fine at the waist but a little stiff around the crotch. I've washed and worn them several times now and I can tell they are starting to feel better and not as slightly tight.
Armor goes in easy, I have ridden in both pair all day for the most part and didn't feel hot wearing these. They even keep some of the heat of the bike at bay.
They are definitely one of my new pair of pants to wear. Only thing I wish is they were a little more slackish around the crotch area but I also feel that may get better in time with riding with them more.
But if your looking for safety and cooler jeans that breathe well I can vouch they are it. That was my biggest desire because I do everything to dress safe and cool so I stay fresh 😎🏍️💨, these are absolutely a great addition. Would I buy more? As long as I can catch a deal like I did for these yes lol. Still going to keep looking around more but I like them and I'm a hard sell.

Super easy to order and fit great…
Super easy to order. Just follow their sizing chart no matter what the size says. My pants were a 3x but because of all the length measurements. Like all that have posted these pants, one black and one green are super comfortable. Been wearing them around just to see how they go, can not even tell the pads are in, great pants.

I ordered the large, and when they arrived they were a little tight on my waist, but that was okay. My only caveat was the rise in the pant as they are of a low rise. I felt like I had to keep pulling them up. For that reason I am sending them back. If they had a normal rise they would be fine.

***update from Sep 24th, 2024: finally got the package… incomplete! I paid twice the customs fees. I asked to speak with someone since the endless emails aren’t efficient at all but they’re unable to either provide a number or make an actual call.
I ordered from Canada and it looks like the most complicated transaction ever! They can’t tell me what’s going on with my package, even though I already paid import & duty fees to FedEx.
I keep receiving the very similar formatted messages from “Janelle from WinxWheels” in a back & forth emails exchange, and I still don’t know what’s going on.
*now, I’m waiting to see if I’ll get ANOTHER automated response like every bad reviews here, which should be Manny who feels very sorry and who understands how frustrating this situation can be and he will appoint someone special to my case… you know?!
