This is a real honest to goodness store. This seems to be rare these days, and it should not be. I have made multiple purchases, and all of them have been top quality. Once I had a size issue, and was handled right away with apologies not excuses. Plus perks for my trouble, really ? Please keep up the good example of what a USA company is. Poor customer service
Unless one has money to waste, use caution with this company.
Returned 2 unworn RideReady Moto Pants with the tags still attached in their original shipping bags to Winx Wheels. I even included the original UPS shipping bags with the labels attached. I also included printed copies of the emails between me & Winx Wheels so they would have the original order number and so the person processing the return would know why the pants were returned.
I emailed Winx Wheels the UPS return tracking number and a picture of the UPS delivery confirmation proving they received my returned pants.
Winx Wheels received my return package on 08/22/2024 and has yet to issue a refund for my original purchase.
In good faith, I placed a new internet order for larger size pants. Winx Wheels shipped my new order within 3 days of that order being placed and charged me for the new product, but has yet to refund my original order.

Order only non returnable items
Company did not give me credit for returned merchandise and kept wanting more proof after I gave the tracking info. They will send your order, but if you need to return anything, customer service is nonexistent. It's cheaper to take the loss and mark them off your supply list.

Great Customer Service!! I had ordered 2 pairs of their pants, one black and one regular blue jean color. I did not like the black "For my body type" So I sent them back and they exchanged them! I wore the first pair of pants for a long ride on the Triple Nickle in Ohio 555, and they were WONDERFUL!! Thanks!

Product descriptions misleading
I ordered a pair of motorcycle pants because my last pair finally wore out. I specifically searched for ‘armoured’ pants (ie: Kevlar lined’) and Winx had a pair of olive drab ones available.
The web shop claimed them to be armoured, but was vague about what that meant… which should have been my hint to turn around and walk away.
They looked rugged in the photos, so like a fool I ordered a pair.
They arrived, and to my surprise they were cotton and spandex with a couple of thin, half-centimetre foam inserts. That was their definition of ‘armoured’ apparently. The pants offer likely ZERO abrasions resistance in a crash and virtually no impact protection whatsoever.
I should have applied for a refund, but given what I read online about the awful experience others have had trying, I just chalked it up to not doing enough research and ate the loss.
Stay away from this company. Their advertising is deliberately vague and misleading and the products are not suited for their intended purpose.

30 Days on tour, very pleased with my pants
I wore my pants for a month on a trip through the United States, July 11 to August 9
We traveled through some states of (TX, AZ, NM, NV, etc.) and at all times were very comfortable, even in extreme temperatures (47.5°C), even in rain, they dry very fast and they do not get the cold. I found them very comfortable, resistant and I have no complaints. They were only affected by the sun, since they discolored, I attach photos of the trip, thank you very much.

Poor Customer Service
I returned some items as they were the wrong size. I asked to exchange them for the right size. They tried everything they could to avoid the return such as future discounts if kept the items that don't fit and ordered more!!! When they eventually agreed to the return, I followed their instructions and posted them to the USA from the UK. I heard nothing for one year. Admittedly, I forgot all about it. Anyway, I got in touch and they cannot locate the return or my order despite the fact I sent them a copy! I have lost the tracking number so they are using this as an excuse to avoid the exchange. As a compromise, I suggested they send me one replacement item rather than the two due to me. They agreed to this. Now they are repeating the same old rubbish about not being able to locate my order, etc. I keep answering the same old questions over and over again. It is like talking to a brick wall. I think their customer service is shambolic. It's a "computer says no" approach. I am also not particularly impressed with their products but the main problem is their lousy customer service. I would never buy from this company again.

Disappointed with your shipping
Disappointed with your shipping! I placed my order June 29th. When I paid for my order, I presumed you would include proper shipping, if you are shipping internationally. Not the case!
I have since been notified by FedEx that additional fees are required for duties and taxes. An extra $45. Not a big deal, but it was an unexpected charge to your advertised “sale”.
I paid this, only to be told that my delivery is “lost”, likely due to the delay!!
I’m not happy!!
If you are delivering internationally, I presumed you would charge me appropriately for shipping. Hopefully avoiding delays and loss!

“Wow”
At first, I was skeptical because there are so many products out on the market and I just was not sure what was good and what was not. I received two pairs of riding pants that I recently ordered and I can say by far they are the best motorcycle riding pants I have ever worn. They are comfortable, casual and could be worn out anywhere yet,, They are functional with regards to safety and protection. Other than wearing a full leather riding suit. These are the pants I will wear when not on the track.

Best motorbike jeans
First i ordered the wrong size jeans, I sent a email to the company to see if i could send them back and get a different size. It was not a problem at all , they refunded the money then i just brought another pair. I got them within 2 weeks of ordering. I tried them on and they are really comfortable. I love the stretch in the jeans especially on the Knees and stomach. And the knee pads that can be taken out really easily. I hav'nt been for a ride yet because of the weather, so i hav'nt tested them out properly yet, but if they are what i expect i will be buying 2 more pair. Im a Ladies 14 to 16 jeans and i brought the mens size 34. And guys they are true to size. If you are a mens 34 then order a 34. Cheers Julie

Reporting in on Winx Moto Ready Riding Pants
Wanted to report in on my Winx Ride Ready Moto pants purchase, the order took a little longer than expected but Winx stayed in contact and helped me get my order to me, first impression were good the pants were comfortable and fit well
The first good test came soon after, we left Northern Alberta to take a ride through Northern British Columbia then up to the Yukon Territories in Northern Canada, back down the Alaska highway then made our way home
we went approx 3500 Kilometers in 7 days. We experienced temperatures as hot as +35 Celsius and as low as +10 Celsius, plenty of sunny hot days and one complete day of rain and very cool
My Winx Moto Ready riding pants held up very well, I did not experience any Swamp Butt, which can be quite uncomfortable, I stayed relatively dry on the one day of constant rain but more importantly I stayed warm despite the rain and lower than usual temperatures
I am happy with my purchase of Winx Moto Ready riding pants and would recommend them

The Winx brake lock...
I purchased a Winx brake lock and it's been a great experience. Gone are the bulky U-Lock and the super heavy chain. That device is brilliant and potential thieves will think twice before chosing your bike.... That together with a disc brake lock makes a great pair in the smallest possible form. That leaves much more room in the top case for other stuff. Clearly recommended.

I wish I could give no stars, this company is so inept at customer service it's sad! Originally ordered jeans 6/10 got an email 6/11 thus became a circle jerk of miscommunication and apparent outright lies with no product delivered to my house 5 weeks later (Package is in transit, blah, blah, yada!)DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They have emailed me with proposals for 15%off future shipments and even asked for a review, how do you review something that you don't have yet? A friggin bad joke...

Pretty terrible I ordered 2 pairs of motorcycle pants because there Australian owned thinking they would have to keep to certain rules and regulation with safety I get the pants and there just normal everyday pair of pants with some so called armour that’s very soft yes they feel stretchy and would be comfortable but they are NOT CE APPROVED now these are sold as certified pants they were asking $600 for them without CE approval no Kevlar there Cotten and spandex or polyester now what’s going to happen if someone does his the road what’s the point when I can go to Kmart or big w and sew in some armour really what would be the different and when I contacted them about there 100% satisfaction guarantee I was offered 30% back and the questions about there guarantee does not get answered. If Australian owned why the language barrier. Look on YouTube and you will see they copied another company from america going back to 2014 I hope this helps at least one person please be safe out there
