Zero communication on tracking number…
Zero communication on tracking number or if my purchase is on back order. It is very important that I receive the product within the next few days so that I can complete a project that is scheduled to be shown at my next show mid October. Reordering from another company to ensure I have something to work with.
Edit: I did receive my purchase in the time frame promised. Moved my review to 3 stars due to the fact that I did not get a notification that the order was fulfilled and shipped. A higher rating would have been achieved if that had happened. The product seems high quality and I look forward to seeing the performance of the product.

I didn't know one item was out of stock until after I paid
One part I ordered was out of stock but there was no indication of that until after I paid. The refund was handled well but it was a lot of extra effort for everyone that could have been avoided.
