Great communication
I wasn't sure about a product I was buying so I chatted with someone on line before my purchase. They were very useful and friendly. Once I had placed my order, I got a confirmation number with tracking. Then I got another email saying some of my items were back ordered. I liked the communication, I wasn't left in the dark! Taking 6 days to ship is not ok. I tried you out because of your sponsorship of Mike Finnigan. I can get the same products at comparable prices in 2 days from several suppliers and if I chose Amazon in overnight. I have a small shop specializing in the wiring of street rods, muscle cars, and restorations. Time is an important part of my service.

Lousy return policy
I ordered wrong items, my fault, I wanted to return , was told no return on less than 25 ft.pieces ??? Why ????? 2 > 10 ft. items were still bagged , none were used. So I end up with useless items , on my shelf forever , or give or throw away. I did end up buying from amazon in the end,,not who I wanted to buy from to begin with, but, I could have returned the wrong stuff for 0ne Dollar.
