Ordered an iphone 13
Ordered an iphone 13, which I discovered when turning it on has a high pitch ringing noise. I contacted the company to initiate a return (well within 14 day window) and it's been a nightmare. They take days to reply to my emails and all I need is a return label and so far I've received nothing. I contacted my credit card company today to dispute the charge and warned them. So fingers crossed.
Received 6th Gen Ipad instead of 8. No CS response despite countless efforts
My mother in law bought me a 8th Gen Ipad for Christmas via Wireless Source on Best Buy. What we got is a 6th Gen Ipad. My MiL has been trying daily to contact Wireless Source and has gotten no response. We have several photos, receipt, ect. as proof that they sent the wrong item. Best Buy, to their credit, has done everything they could to remedy this, but it has to be resolved through Wireless Source. At this point we are going through Paypal and the credit card company to fix it. It is absolutely ridiculous that we were sent a product that is 2 years older than what was purchased and Wireless Source is completely unresponsive. This company is a scam and Best Buy should drop them immediately.
Zero stars is too many
Zero stars is too many. Same story as so many others. In my case, I purchased the iPhone from them as a 3rd party seller on Walmart.com. The home we got for our son was junk from the get go. Camera motor makes noise all the time, speaker is terrible, phone runs very hot, and doesn't keep a charge. A clear lemon. We reached out to the seller via Walmart shortly after the sale (way back in October). No response despite THREE emails. Not even a 'hey I'm busy I'll get back to you soon.' Nothing. Had to get Walmart involved (also back in oct or early Nov) but he wouldn't respond to them either. Despite all of this they are doing NOTHING, just got that outcome today. Amazon, eBay and others have buyer protection--not Walmart!
So DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and if you want service after the sale, don't go through a third party seller on their site. Told me I'd have to get in touch with my bank! My issue with Walmart is another complaint I'll be filing. BTW, Walmart is facing class actions over this very thing.

Poor Communication and No Refund After Return
I purchased a restored iPhone 13 (256GB) from this vendor through Walmart Marketplace and received it on December 1st. The phone was intended as a Christmas gift, but I tested it early, which turned out to be a very good decision because the device was defective.
The phone could not receive calls properly. Both the caller and the recipient only heard static. I brought the phone to Apple for inspection and was told the speaker was defective and needed replacement. Since this was a newly purchased device, Apple advised me to return it for a refund.
From that point on, dealing with Wireless Source became extremely frustrating.
This vendor has no phone number, never provides an agent name, and takes a very long time to respond. Every contact requires sending a detailed email, followed by an automated response stating they will reply within 48 hours. When they finally respond, they repeatedly ask for information that was already provided in the initial request, including my name, contact information, order number, and explanation of the issue.
Despite confirming multiple times that the phone had already been factory reset, they continued to delay the process. I only received a return label after repeated follow ups.
The phone was returned promptly and delivered, with confirmation and signature. However, no refund was issued. At this point, the vendor has both the merchandise and my money.
I was forced to contact Walmart directly for assistance. Even after Walmart reached out to the vendor, Wireless Source continues to send vague responses such as “I will look into this” or “I am checking with our team,” with no resolution.
As of December 29th, nearly a month after purchase and after the phone was returned and received, I still do not have my refund.
This lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this seller.

I bought a "renewed" iphone 11 and got scammed! The phone quality was poor, to say the least! I tried to call it, and it would not ring. It would not receive a text message. When I called someone it was all distorted and they could barely hear me. He wanted me to take pictures with a multitude of other things to do in order to be considered for a refund. This not a company.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Was sent a phone with a bad battery. Sent it back and am waiting for a refund for 3 months now. Keep on sending emails that they escalated the issue and then silence. Contacted Walmart about it, being extremely slow to do anything. AVOID.

This is such a useless business
This is such a useless business, they’re scams and liars, I bought a Mac book from their swappa listing and no tracking information was provided for over 6 days, they said they will cancel the order and issue a refund but have not done that, I am very close to litigating against them just because of how annoying it is
I’ve gotten three phones from them now
I’ve gotten three phones from them now. Two for my kids and one for my mom. Always a great experience and affordable long lasting quality phones. Will keep shopping here next time I need anything

Not sure why there’s so much negativity!
Not really sure why most of the reviews I’ve found online related to this company are negative. I ordered an IPhone 13 through an Amazon deal and when I was looking at all the information I found that it was through Wireless source so I wanted to do the research. I was freaking out all night last night thinking I was either getting a locked phone, the incorrect model, or it would come damaged. None of that happened and I’m happy to say my experience has been great! I ordered it on Sunday and they got it shipped out by Monday which is another great addition to my experience. I saw others say they waited awhile before it was shipped but I didn’t have that problem.

Worst Seller Experience Ever – No Refund, No Phone
I purchased two iPhone SE (64 GB) on March 15th, but only one was delivered. The missing phone was eventually refunded after I raised a request.
Unfortunately, the phone I did receive turned out to be defective—the microphone did not work. I returned it within the return window, but to this day, I have not received a refund.
The seller claimed that the iCloud account was not removed, even though I am certain I had removed it. After months of back-and-forth communication, I asked them to simply send the phone back so I could check myself (I was not comfortable sharing my password with them, for obvious reasons). They agreed to return it, but weeks went by without receiving anything.
When I followed up, I was told I needed to create a shipping label before they could send it back. I had to pay $12 out of my own pocket for a UPS label and shared all the details with them. It has now been over four weeks, and the phone is still with the seller.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating—delayed refunds, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this seller.

Nightmare return experience
This Amazon third party seller sold me a phone that quickly became non-functional. The charge port was faulty. It happens. The return process has been a nightmare. The seller received my package in May. It is now August and after much messaging and calls to Amazon, Amazon is returning my funds. The seller merely uses the Amazon automation to its advantage. Each time Amazon customer service required a response from them, the response was essentially “We're sowwy” If you’re dealing with Wireless Source at the Amazon Refurbished Deals store, I wish you better luck than I had. Better yet, I suggest you give it a pass.
