Stolen Phone-Unresponsive For Returns

They sold me a phone that is blocklisted/stolen and therefore useless. While they do have a 30 day return window, there is no address or contact details to use for said return. The only option is to email their support email address and wait for a reply. Big surprise, they don't reply, despite their site claiming they reply in 24-48 hours. I've had to move to filing a BBB complaint and hopefully file as many complaints as possible to warn others.
