Can't fault these guys. Had an issue where I'd ordered a product for pre-order and hadn't realised it was a pre-order. I moved house before it was delivered so delivery was attempted at my old address. The tenants at the old address gave me the card but I struggled to sort with parcel force because the consignment number was wrong. I emailed Tom who sent me the correct details within minutes of my email and I was able to rearrange delivery to the new address. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Quickly delivered and well packed. Not vegans ourselves but my daughter is and was really pleased to be able to buy a good selection of wines and beers in one place for xmas. Also the Ginish was a great help so we could all have G and Ts together. Definitely will use again.

I recently placed an order for both varieties Real Kombucha and Wild Botanicals. I was really impressed with all of the drinks and will be repurchasing. The order came promptly and wise bartender even threw in 2 cans of Caleno, which was lovely. I love the website as it saves me searching the Web for all the elusive alcohol-free options and will definitely be ordering from the website regularly 🙂

Great choice of non alcoholic beers at really competitive prices. Delivery is always really prompt. My latest delivery arrived in a soaked box and taped up. It had been dropped by the couriers! Wisebartender dispatched a replacement order which arrived the next day. Beautiful!
