Ordered a mixed case of 24 cans and bottles of 0% and 0.5% beers and IPA’s. Very impressed at the quality of the beer and the taste. Just tastes like normal beer. The range of breweries is phenomenal too! Thank you Wise Bartender! Happy Christmas to you all x

I really like the mix up of sweet and alcohol free drinks in the advent calendar. This is my 3rd year of getting this advent calender and this year is by far the best. Looking forward to next years.

Unfortunately my latest order with Wise Bartender was a terrible experience. The order was for 24 mixed drinks as a mixed pack, the website does state there may be duplicates. Of the 24 I received 18 were repeats of 3 drinks. I ordered a 24 pack of mixed alcohol free beers, I got (all the same flavour) 6 green teas, 6 waters and 6 ginger mixers, and only 23 drinks not 24. When I emailed the company I was told to try again another time and it may be better. Terrible customer service, absolutely shocking waste of my money. I also, at the same time placed an order with Dry Drinker, this was the opposite end of the scale, amazing customer service, brilliant products received etc. There are so few good online companies supplying AF drinks, clearly that doesn’t equate to looking after the repeat customers you have if you are wise bartender. What a shame.

Updating this as you cannot respond to the supplier's comments, which seems a bit daft. I appreciate the reply, but you have not really improved the situation, you say it's a mixed box, but it isn't, it's all the same drinks repeated 6 times. That's not a mix, is it? You mention a bargain price, it's not really a bargain if its rubbish is it, then it's just a waste of money, no matter how many times you try to add a sales spin on it. Your reply has about as much customer service as your colleague who emailed me, I suggest people use other suppliers, such as Dry Drinker, who go well above and beyond for their customers and actually care if you are satisfied. Clearly, that isn't the case for wise bartender. Also, and this may be me, but replying to a complaint with a smiley on, really? That may be the most antagonistic thing I have seen in a very long time.

Really interesting choices. Anyone buying non alcoholic wine knows they are not always great but so far this collection has been good fun. They have included some wine alternatives as well so rather than being poor imitations of wine they are wine replacements such as a warming spicy one. I'm yet to try more so will update as I go but am looking forward to them greatly. Recommended

Had a couple of teething issues with first delivery but no argument with the range and quality of the beer on offer, or the follow-up customer service. Will definitely be using Tom et al again. Just got to get on with drinking this lot first.

ps. I do not appreciate being offered £10.00 to take my first posting down. This is being disingenuous to other viewers who may be looking for value for money.

Delivery and communication from Within se Bartender was excellent.
My search continues for an alcohol free red wine alternative. It's better than some I have had, but wouldn't buy again.

Hardy's Zero is the nicest non alcoholic wine I have found.

Always a pleasure dealing with 'Wise Bartender'. Helpful staff and efficient service. It is so good to be able to find such a variety of gluten free and zero alcohol products all on one web site, it makes life so much easier. Excellent and varied range of products.
Thoroughly recommend 'Wise Bartender'

I find non alcoholic beer really helpful in allowing me to cut down drinking for health reasons and Wise Bartender gives me a great deal of choice and well crafted cases. They deliver quickly to and free if you spend a certain sum. My only niggle is that whilst some of the beers are obscure and therefore I expect to find them marked up, some that are very buyable in supermarkets are almost double the price from the wise bartender

I have had all sorts of drinks from you in the past, including a different collection of cocktails in cans. So I ordered these new ones to see what they are like. But they are disappointing. They don't taste anything like cocktails without alcohol. They just taste like mixed fruit juices. They are way too sweet and there doesn't seem to be any kind of distilled spirit element to them, not that I have tried one of each yet, I think I have one more to go before starting on the repeats.

I don't like overly sweet drinks. These are. And they are not imitating cocktails.

Hopefully you can find a better supplier again soon.
