Extremely shady company. Do your research!! Sold me a phone, said I could return it because it did not work on my network( after listing said unlocked: will work with any network). They tried making me pay a 20% restock fee which is a joke and against Swappa policy. Now they are refusing to accept this return!! This “restock fee” was never mentioned in listing! C- on Better Business Bureau. This company is extremely unfair and unreasonable!

After putting a negative comment about my iPhone problems on this sight, Wisephone has said I could return the phone for full refund. I am happy they are an honest company to work with. I recommend them!

Everything came on time, actually a day earlier than expected. The phone works ok. It doesn't want to connect to Bluetooth or Wifi. It's diconnects at random times and doesn't ever really connect to either properly.

Bought a IPhone 6 passed 11 a.m., the seller was already shipping it by 1 p.m. And I got it 3 days later. Condition and description as shown. You can see the screen was replaced once the screen is on but it's very minimal, can't see it even with a transparent phone case like I have. Great shape overall. I bought an old iPhone 6 from Wisephone ER at the beginning of May. Last week, the phone stopped working. The battery wouldn't charge and it wouldn't power on. This issue came about abruptly (I was in the middle of a text) and for context, the phone wasn't dropped, spilled on, or damaged by me in any way.
After unsuccessfully trying for hours to fix the phone myself, I had an Apple Genius bar try to figure out the problem. After running an ICC on the device, it was determined that the phone was dead and was unable to power on.
I went to Wisephone ER with my concern about the phone only lasting 2.5 months and their response was that they strictly hold to a policy that because I had an outside party open up my device, they would be unable to do anything to help me. I pushed back a bit that Apple did not do anything to the device other than a diagnostic, but they stubbornly held their stance. Not to mention the fact that Apple manufactures this phone.

In the end, the product was lousy. I didn't spend $230 for a phone to randomly stop working at no fault of my own and as far as customer service, I felt a poorly thought out policy was valued higher than myself.

I would avoid buying from this seller.
