Don't go there, my aunties has been waiting since 2016 for them to rectify the leaking in her carport and they have been out three times she to.look at it she had 10 years guarantee which they will probably wait until the guarantee in 2026 ends to sort it out so she has to.pay again but it won't get that far becausei have contacted the solicitors to contact them because they are refusing to reply or answer the telephone which surprise surprise, so guys don't go there they are useless

Rogue traders do not touch !
Had work done in March 2022 and still having problems with windows and guttering . Been in touch with company continuously but still not rectified.
Would hate for anyone else to experience what I’ve been through with this company.
Be wise don’t use Wiser !

Great local Company. Very friendly and efficient! We needed two double glazed units replaced in our conservatory (it’s only taken us 10 years to sort!). The lads from Wiser were replacing some of our neighbour’s windows, so they were happy to come and give us a quote. We finally had the work done yesterday which took about 20 mins. They had a quick cuppa and went off to their next job.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Wiser. They are very popular in our area, so word seems to be getting around. Well done lads and thank you for a great job. It’s always nice to support local businesses.

Only needed a small glass replacement but the service and workmanship was first class from start to finish. Would recommend Wiser to anyone.

We've just had our front door replaced by Wiser improvements. They have done such a great job the door feels very secure and looks fantastic. Tim was very helpful when talking through all the different choices, it was clear he knew what he was talking about and advised us well based on the kind of thing I wanted and our budget. We are really pleased with the outcome, the front door has modernised the front of the house. We'll be recommending him to family and friends needing work done.
