After a quick phone call to WiSpire , I was very impressed with the most efficient service of firstly seeing if their mast and equipment could provide me with an Internet coverage and acceptable Wi-Fi .

After a brief conversation, I was assured that I could be provided with Wi-Fi for just £24.99 per month . This was amazing, considering E E have been charging me £60.48 every month for about nine years .

My first thoughts were , where’s the catch , surely , good old E E wouldn’t have overcharged me .

On Wednesday morning at 9am Harry the WiSpire engineer turned up , accessed the job and had fully installed the complete system just two hours later .
To simply say I was satisfied is not enough . I was delighted with , what has been the best Wi-Fi coverage to date .
My trusted Apple I Pad has is now giving me a far better clearer picture and reception , I can for the first time receive , Gum tree WhatsApp app and even U Tube .

To clear the question, ‘ where’s the catch ‘ .
The answer is probably with E E. who offered me an amazing discount as their loyal customer, once I told them to cancel their service. Who could apparently now reduce their £60.48 monthly charge to just. £24 per month .
Happily I’ve found WiSpire if only a a bit late rather than never .

Avoid this company like the plague, internet constantly drops out, they will put you in a contract, but when the internet goes faulty (which is all the time) they don’t have any engineers to come and fix it, they expect you to keep trying over the phone, not to mention you can’t call them on a weekend.
As I had no choice but to change company, they have sent debt collectors to my door, but they will not fix the problems I was having. They was nothing but rude when I would call them. Worst internet provider I have ever come across.

I emailed them asking about Wispire users in my area. Clearly unable or reluctant to divulge any information they chose to ignore my email. For a communication business I'd say failing to communicate was tad offputting.

I’ve been with WiSpire for nearly 5 years now and have recently upgraded to double the speed for only another £2 per month. They have always been very helpful and when I was having connection problems they came out immediately and fitted a new unit to my home which I’ve had no problems with since. One thing I really like about them is they are a local company and nothing is too much trouble for them.

They give a great, friendly and very helpful service. Unfortunately it does drop out from time to time, but other than that I'm very happy with it.

For the most part, great.

Always been helpful and understanding of my current situation, especially with late payments etc. and always polite service.

Only issue is different people handling my account and not being up to date so I have had to explain my situation multiple times.

Our internet is down, when we signed up they said they have 24/7 support. But now I need it (at 6pm), turns out it's office hours only. How can they offer a service that runs 24 hours, but only support it for 8?

WISPIRE WAS THE ONLY COMPANY TO GIVE US INTERNET IN OUR VILLAGE IT HAS NOW BEEN 5 YEARS AND HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER.
ALL CONTACT WITH THE STAFF HAS BEEN EXCELLENT .NOT WAITING TOO LONG ON THE PHONE TO REPORT A PROBLEM AND KEEPING US UPDATED UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED

I received a clear explanation of the services available to me, and constructive help in filling in forms correctly.

I have been a customer since October 2024 and today yet again I have no Internet contact and I am unable to get through to the company by phone. I would not recommend this service to anyone!

Jake went over and above to help us get the best from our wi fi. He not only came to our house at short notice, but he helped to sort the connection to our security cameras. He was absolutely awesome. We now have a perfect connection, and we are also paying less for our subscription. I can’t recommend this company enough!

The service we have had has always been exemplary and as a local company have always been able to sort out problems such as with our roof ariel. In particular, when our system has gone down or other technical issues they have logged into our computors to correct the paricular issue.
We would have no hesitation in recommending WiSpire to any potenrion customer.
We wish all other entities would offer the same level of service as WiSpire. 10/10.

They supply reliable broadband to an area where the best BT can do was 1mbs at the end of a long aluminium line.

A polite friendly professional helpful team been with wispire for years never had any problems, just had my dish and router upgraded for higher speeds. Great value for money very happy with the service. I would highly recommend.

I raised a WiFi access problem by email and phone. Tom was really helpful and clear in his instructions on the phone. WiFi access was restored in a few minutes. All now good.

Moved over my landline from sky to an internet phone through Wispire, they set me up with a little adapter for my existing phone, easy instructions to follow and it just plugs straight into my router.

Had it since February with no problems so far
