I ordered custom jewelry from Witchcraft Prague, but the experience did not meet professional standards. Based on my experience, I would like to highlight the following facts:
Product Discrepancy: The final products did not match the agreed specifications. Instead of the ordered 3D-modeled rose gold pieces, I received flat engravings in yellow gold.
Reliability: I traveled to Prague specifically to finalize the order. Despite a confirmed appointment, the owner was unavailable for three days. The return of the defective items only occurred after a chance encounter on the street.
Third-Party Order: A piece ordered for a friend was never proven to be finished, leading me to refund my friend personally.
Communication: When addressing these issues, the owner was dismissive, eventually characterizing the resolution of these complaints as a "waste of time."
Conclusion: Although a refund was issued, the process involved significant personal effort and travel costs. I recommend ensuring all specifications are strictly documented.
