Great work! I needed a super rush order and they worked to get me what I need on time. And when everything arrived the items were awesome! Very helpful great to work with.

We had a disappointing experience with WithLogos.com in regards to the quality and timeliness of the product we ordered. Customer service was polite and responsive, so that's why we gave two stars instead of one. Their shipping department and quality control really dropped the ball. The print quality was unacceptable on the first lot we received, they apologized and said they would re-do them. I emphasized that we needed the items for a specific event and wanted to make sure we'd get the second shipment in time. I was assured that it would get here the morning of our event - they said they were shipping on the Wednesday before our Monday event. I received the shipping notification on the morning of the event, and it said it had been sent via UPS Ground. So obviously it was not going to get here in time. Really frustrating. They offered to either cancel and refund the entire order or give us a 25% discount and a $25 credit toward our next order. It's something we can still use so we opted to take the discount, we won't be ordering from them again so the credit is useless. I checked back a few days later and the package was STILL sitting there at their location. They changed it to three day shipping and finally sent it two days after we needed to receive them and a week after they said they were going to ship them. The items we FINALLY received are ok quality, though I have noticed some of them still have printing issues.

Before Order:
I spoke with a customer service about what I wanted and they were very helpful. I placed my order, they contacted me a few days later saying the color I wanted was out of stock which was fine, I chose another color.

After Order:
My items arrived in several boxes, When I opened the last box, I could not understand why they packed 6 ceramic items in a huge box with a thin piece of bubble wrap so they could bump around in delivery. No sticker saying "Fragile" or "Do not Drop". Needless to say, a few were broken. Duh! What did you think would happen? SO I called them, no apology, I sent the picture and instead of fixing their mistake, they refunded the money which in most cases would have been acceptable. In this case I needed a certain amount. I ordered more than what I needed but now I am one short. Happy Holidays everyone except you (the last person that does not get a mug). I was even going to overlook the fact that my personalization on the mugs were crooked.

Never again, there are too many other places to choose from.

The high quality, personalized mason jars topped off the theme of the evening and helped make it a huge success.

A few weeks ago, I placed an order for full color webcam covers (item # 209737) with custom instruction cards. I am part of a smaller IT company. I was attending a trade show and wanted to have something to give to guests that came to visit my booth. These were a huge hit! It was a great and easy way to distribute our information. The covers printed beautifully. I have one on my laptop and the adhesive on the back has held up really well. We will definitely be reordering this item for future events!

Great service. They rushed my order at no charge. We order the web cam covers and they were a huge hit.

We have been using WithLogos for some time now and the past 3 times we have had an issue with our order. The first time occurred when we received our shipment and the lip balm packaging was falling off of the product. Also half of the tubes were not even filled completely and the adhesive was coming off all of the lip balms. When we returned them they only sent us half of what we ordered back. This last time I was told to place my order online, since they were not doing over the phone orders. I listed my billing address and shipping address on the order form. After a week we had not received our order and when I check the UPS tracking it stated that it was delivered, and then there was a phone call to have it returned to sender. When I called to inquire about this matter, I was told that the warehouse sent our shipment to some address and there was nothing they could do about it but have it shipped back to the sender. I asked if they could stop it at UPS since it was still in our location and was told they couldn't. After another week it has been at the distribution center and no one can tell me when my package will be sent out. Long story short we still haven't received our product which paid for weeks ago that should have been here. They have not even tried to expedite the order or help in any way possible. We really like the product, but lately their customer service and workmanship has been seriously lacking.

The website was user-friendly and customer service were helpful and pleasant. The product turned out good but the tape on the back of the "computer camera cover" doesn't stick very well to some laptops. I would suggest a stronger tape.
