Love the clothes, great service
Love the clothes, concept and style and quality. Had a small issue with a purchase and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the outcome. They have been easy to contact, responsive and taken ownership and it has been noticeably different to some larger retailers in this space, even at this price point.

The best shirt company around.
The shirts are fantastic looking, made from absolute top quality material and a perfect fit. The customer service is unbelievably good too, my wife's lastest shirt came without the collar stiffeners and Caitlyn had replacements sent in the post immediately. What a company, my wife and I hope that they only get bigger.

Not good enough quality for the price
Husband bought me a white boyfriend shirt at Christmas. It’s a nice enough shirt, but not of overly high quality and most annoyingly irons really poorly. I’m so disappointed in that aspect as a crisp white shirt looks lovely, whereas this looks like a much lesser quality shirt. It really doesn’t meet the price point.

Outstanding customer service
The recent customer service at WNU has been outstanding. They have been incredibly responsive and helpful when a Royal Mail return parcel appeared to be lost. WNU said they would take on trying to find it and immediately refunded me for the shirts I was returning. Their online and phone customer service people have been wonderful.

Service was super. I was warmly welcomed and got every support needed.
The cloths are super nice and have a really good fit. There is as well a variety of different styles. I can highly recommend the store and the clothes!

Great product and helpful company
First of all a beautiful product - a really great red shirt. Lovely fabric, excellent cut, fit and length.
Secondly the company was really helpful. I wasn’t sure of the tone of red and emailed a request for help before purchase. Quick response with accurate advice. I always think it’s a good sign when customer services really know the products.
