This company is among my absolute favorites. The quality is perfect. The style and color options are wonderful. The customer service is warm and friendly. Today, Caitlin helped me with options for the stunning silk shirts.

I have bought many items from this company. All are extremely high quality, thoughtfully made, and composed of sustainable, natural fabrics. I have only had excellent experiences with international shipping as well. It’s always very quick. Once, my package was lost, and they were very responsive and ordered a replacement package to be sent to me. I highly recommend!

I recently ordered and received the white poplin dress shirt. Although it was in the smallest size, the beautiful buttoned cuffs were still too long for me.

A quick email to Caitlin resulted in an equally quick reply they gave me an easy fix with a nicely outlined way of re-folding the cuffs. I’m now completely happy.

The shirt itself is beautiful with a nice thick,crisp fabric.

It’s rare these days to get straight through to an actual human, but they picked up the phone quickly and Caitlin follow up by email within 24 hours. Although the tops didn’t end up being the right fit for me, the quality was absolutely superb. I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future. :)

Customer service has been excellent. I came to them with a problem re a shirt I bought, and they replaced it immediately. The way these things are dealt with is so important and I really felt looked after.

I needed some help with sizing and also a delivery. I got through on the phone to a warm friendly and helpful person. 100% satisfied as a result.
I ordered the tuxedo jacket and love it so much! It is wool and silk, a treasure in these days of polyester. The jacket is my go to for a swanky night out, or beautifully lifting the ordinary.

I love the WNU brand. Their product quality is exceptional, from the fit to the materials and my collection of items is slowly growing. On Tuesday December 2nd a friend and I went to the Elizabeth Street store where the girls were charming, polite, funny, helpful and quietly great saleswomen. We both remarked afterwards what wonderful customer service it was. I then decided after the event that I wanted to buy the jumper I’d tried on but my size was out of stock online. I called the first number on Google and got through to Caitlin in HQ, who could not have been more helpful. She helped me ascertain the style of jumper I’d tried to make sure I was definitely looking at the right one and then got in touch with the store directly to get a piece sent out to me. Everyone I’ve ever experienced in my time shopping with this brand over the years has been knowledgeable, polite, helpful AND passionate about the products. All in all - no notes. Best shirts on the market: amazing styles, fit and quality! I own multiple and always keep coming for more. I also own the trench coat, a blazer and a pair of tailored pants and all these pieces are premium quality and great fit. Could not recommend the brand enough and Emily at Belgravia Store is the loveliest!
