Great customer service and assistance with a return from the U.S. back to the UK. I heard from them promptly to get assistance and they took care of the issues with customs! Loved the blazer but had ordered the wrong size. Caitlin was very helpful.

Caitlin has been extremely helpful in chasing a missing item. The query process is a bit more complex than other companies but Caitlin was sympathetic to this and very helpful. Once it was all done the missing item was immediately resent and the problem sorted.

My absolutely favourite shirts of all, so beautiful, comfortable and I always receive lots of compliments when wearing them. Do not forget the trousers- they are amazing too! But most importantly are people working here. You always make me feel like part of the family and the shopping experience feels very personal. Needless to say WNU is my favourite shop.

Brilliant service from Emily, who assisted me with finding the perfect fit and cut for my shape (and style). I especially liked that she didn’t hurry the process, but explained about the clothing maintenance and which designs would likely do best for me and my lifestyle.
