Disappointing
Disappointing. The cotton and the cotton linen mix shirts for ladies are well made. The quality of fabric isn’t. It shrinks without tumble drying . It is rough after a few washes and hard to iron. I love my shirts but the fabric quality is poor for a high price.

Our lovely shirts are made from natural materials and do not undergo any chemical finishes in line with our B-Corp certification. Shrinking (up to 3%) is a natural characteristic of natural fibres and is in line with industry standards.
We do not apply shrink resist chemical finishes on the fabrics, however we do have clear performance standard requirements which our manufacturers need to adhere to.
If you think your shirt has shrunk more than this please do send us an email with some photographs of a measuring tape across the back length and between the underarm points so that we can investigate this.

Professional and Friendly Customer Service
I needed to contact WNU about an exchange issue and was put through to Caitlin. She was a breath of fresh air! Caitlin delivered excellent customer service. She was not only friendly and patient but also incredibly efficient in resolving my query. It was refreshing to interact with a human ,for a change, and in particular with someone who wasn’t trying to get you off the phone, but rather genuinely wanted to help.
