I called Stella yesterday…
I called Stella yesterday to make a change to my insurance, was told no I can't by one person another just transferred me another asked me to hold & someone else came on who again transferred me to the final female that I spoke with, I explained, she listened then looked at my policy apologised for my run around then changed my policy without any hassle, I thanked her for her assistance, if I didn't have 4 other people on the call first then this lady would have and should have 5 star is she was lovely, patient, actively listened, took charge & did her job impeccably.

Stay clear of this fraudlike company. Nobody gets back to you
I currently have a car insurance with them. Got another car and want to change the insurance to the new car. Called the robotic and unsympathetic like customer representatives to help me do this. After giving yhe. All the information, they said there was an error on their side that stella insurance will contact me. When i asked, they rudely told me that they don't know when the insurance company will contact me will contact me and I have to wait. I had to buy a temporary car insurance costing me loads in the time been. It's just horrible. Still waiting for them to contact me.will never take out an insurance with them again stay clear of them.

Really wouldn’t recommend
Really wouldn’t recommend. Deposit required of £106 then monthly cost. You are also required to fit a device and if not fitted within 7 days they will threaten to cancel your insurance and you have to pay the fees. Would not recommend to anyone, please avoid this ‘insurer’.
