My first purchase from them...
Bought Note 9 display with housing and choose OEM.
At first there were some sketchy updates about shipping but at the end there was one common and working tracking number and as promised, they delivered it with chosen company within a week to Latvia.
Sad thing was customs (no warnings about it when I did check-out) but I dealt with it and everything is ok.
Screen was packaged really good, screen was refurbished (original) and is working flawlessly.
I would shop again, but I still would be very careful with any company.

After reading all of the bad reviews, I was a little sceptical about my order. And the scepticism kept coming when the package didn't arrive another 4 weeks later. As I was about to just try getting my money back, a surprise came in the mail: My display and back cover!
I do not know for sure if it's original, but it damn looks, feels and behaves like it. The display works flawlessly, feels the same as a brand new phone, everything's working, no damages. Carefully packaged (maybe they started putting care into that because so many damaged components were received). So the only missing star is for the awfully long delivery time even for a package from China.
EDIT: I didn't mean that the screens were dead at departure, but maybe damaged in transit and thus not working.

Watch out with WitRigs!
I've received a damaged screen from WitRigs. I made pictures and video's and they asked if I would return the item so they could investigate the problem.
Well.... after a few days witrigs receivd my return and now they say they can't give any refund because the item is, drumroll, damaged.... What a fail. And my money is.... GONE.
Total scam!

Don't buy at WitRigs
Don't buy at WirRigs! You'll waste your money. The screens are not OEM, you receive them with damages and they will not refund you any money.
I've sent my damaged fake OEM screen back to witrigs and they haven't given any solution yet. It's been almost 6 months now!! So now I don't have any product and my money is gone.
They are a bunch of thieves

No issues / as expected
I have to admit, I ordered a part for my cellphone, -then- happened to see some of the bad reviews for this vendor and became worried. I ordered an OEM Google Pixel 4a screen and frame adhesive. Everything went mostly as expected. My only slight criticism was that it did take 2-3 days to actually ship from their warehouse and to get accurate tracking information. That being said, their communication/response time to email was decent (considering time difference). And, the parts arrived (FedEx -- China to Central IL, USA) within 9 days and packaged very well and undamaged. As far as I could tell, parts appeared to be OEM. I wish instructions had been provided regarding how to apply the frame adhesive "sticker", but otherwise, the parts work wonderfully. No complaints here. Great price and overall good experience for me.

Honest opinion
Hello everyone,
First, I want to mention that I have read most of the reviews here and I cannot agree with most of them.
I am living in a central Europe and since 2017 to this day I ordered the following items on Witrigs:
OEM LCD replacement screen's for Samsung S6 Edge; S8; S8+; S7 Edge(that one is still on the way).
S6 Edge: probably was good screen, but I don't know. During the replacement friend split some liquid drops on the mother board and that burn the phone entirely. At least not fault of Witrigs for that!
S8: after the replacement of the screen, it shows an error for charging of the following phone. I cleaned the USB-C entrance of the phone and it worked quite well after without errors (the owner didn't keep the phone in proper way and the plug was full with dirt). No shadows in the corners, brightness level work properly without defects, touch screen resembles the first original screen on the phone while playing games, using browser, dial phone number, write messages, etc... Little more then six months since the replacement and the screen is still in best shape. No errors or defect!
S8+: 3 days ago I replaced that screen. After connecting the screen immediately, I check if it works and it shows me error of the temperature of the battery, but that was normal because I didn't assemble fully the phone and I heat it little more after using a bigger heat gun to disassemble the phone. After all, again the same, no shadows, properly working brightness, touch screen in perfect condition, don't show any errors and it works perfect after gaming, chat, browser use, etc...
I am expecting now the S7 Edge screen to replace it on a colleague's phone. Order still on the way.
I want to add to all of this that I am amateur of replacing the screens, but I do it myself and learning by watching videos on Witrigs and YouTube. Works fine for me instead of paying double price for screen replacement to PhoneShops and add some benefits to my personal account after doing that for friends which trust me. I know if something wrong happens, it will be on me and I will be the one to pay the new phone, but honestly with passion and right time to do that everything is possible and of course with good quality job. First time when I replaced the S6 Edge it took me almost 1 hour and a half with the difficulties, because of that water drops, but after and now I do that in 25-40 minutes with taking time also to clean the previous/old glue on the frame and some dust inside/outside each phone.
I am very satisfied of the Witrigs quality stuff, but you can see that i rate only 4 stars and that is because of the shipping time. I know is not the fault of Witrigs fellows, because that pass to post offices and more other shipping companies, but still is my honest opinion and it will remain like that!

I bought an "OEM" screen in September…
I bought an "OEM" screen in September and it did arrive in time, however the picture quality showed blocky artifacts in low light and did not match my first screen's quality. The notification dot was also barely visible because the frame of the screen didn't exactly match the phone's mother board, which is another sign the screen isn't OEM, which is why I paid a premium price for. Witrigs probably knows there aren't specific markings for OEM products so you can't prove that this isn't OEM and get a refund, and since they're the ones providing the screens they're obviously aware of this and do it knowingly. I did contact support and just like other reviewers in here and other sites they asked for video proof of the problem, but since it isn't something terribly wrong with the screen or even noticable through video, they won't refund or replace the screen. I would advice staying away from this website and their shady products. I hope I at least kept one person from being ripped off like I was.
Edit: OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, meaning it's from the same manufacturer that makes the original screen and has nothing to do with wether or not the product is defective. It is perfectly reasonable to compare picture quality between two functional screens and realize one is much worse than the other. Thats why I suspect this is a knock off, not an OEM. Also what's the point of returning the screen if I won't get a refund, will I get a replacement?

Avoid at all costs.
I ordered an item screen replacement for a one plus 7 pro. When I tested it everything seemed to work ok the touch worked but not perfect and I thought because it had the film still over it with the seal. So I removed it and tested the screen and the screen has terrible touch recognition. There's no way it's an oem screen. It can recognize more than 3 inputs at a time( the oem is 10). You can't swipe or pinch to zoom because it looses the touch input. I sent witrigs a video and they said "
This screen is relatively fragile. Our technicians checked it and said that the screen has been installed badly.
It's no use returning it.".
They somehow diagnosed it from a 8 second video clip. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Update. They now say it needs to be calibrated on phone models ABOVE oneplus 7 pro. I have a one plus 7 pro and the video for screen calibration is for the OnePlus 8 pro. They went from blaming my installation to now blaming calibration. Please look elsewhere for replacement parts

Scam
I paid 20 dollars for a quick delivery (3-7days). My order was placed on September 26, today is October 12, i.e. 16 days an some junk was delivered. This junk resembles a screen, but unfortunately it never powers on. The system starts (I van tell because SoC gets warm, but display does not work.
Trying to resolve the problem via PayPal.
I do not recommend this company: unethical and not reliable.

Ordered an OEM(!) screen+frame for my…
Ordered an OEM(!) screen+frame for my OnePlus 6T. I expected a brand new screen with factory quality.
What I received is terrible. It's an used item!! You can clearly see that the frame has damages around the corners. The edges of the frame are bent/dent which indicates someone used a tool around the edges to pull the old screen out.
Looking at the glue residues around the screen and the gaps someone put a replacement screen in the frame. I can press the screen up/down in the frame. He did his job very poorly.
Also the fingerprintsensor isn't working. I tried 2 different fingerprintsensors (new and a old one) and both are not working. The fingerprintsensor did worked with my previous screen.
Furthermore the support of witrigs is terrible. I send photo's and an explanation of the situation. And they only asked to send pictures of a stamp?!? They never mentioned that they feel sorry for sending a damaged item.
Hopefully they will send me a REAL OEM screen+frame replacement, otherwise I really want my +100euro's back

Got in contact with Witrigs and I made a video where I show the problem with the fingerprint sensor and they say that I use the fingerprint sensor not the right way. lol.
I've used fingerprint sensors for more then 2 years and now it suddenly isn't working since I replaced it with a terrible assembled (fake?) oem screen from witrigs. Don't tell me that I use the fingerprintsensor the wrong way after 2 years of succesfully unlocking my devices with a fingerprintsensor.
Also I made a video of the screen where I show the quality of their assembled screen+frame. I can actually put a piece of paper between the screen and the frame, lol, so much room there is between the frame and the screen. You can see the bend edges and some adhesive around the screen. Even with so much proof they won't admit it's poor quality. They don´t even mention it there´s a problem. Even they don´t say sorry for the poor quality etc....
Again, I want my money back

Got a reply on my pictures and video's. Witrigs says it's perfectly normal that I'm able to put a piece of paper underneath the screen. The gaps between the frame and screen are also normal they say. lol
They want to compensate 10 dollar while I paid almost 130 dollar to get the screen.
Can someone advise me what to do? I feel Im not getting helped here

Although I paid for DHL express shipping charge to witrigs. In total the shipment should have to arrive in 7 days max.
But it was arrived in 28 days. As witrigs handover the package to DHL on 27 September.

It was my fault that I didn’t check my bank transactions, but I never thought of my card to get denied so it’s all was misunderstanding and I’ll differently buy them again because my first experience was awesome and the parts worked great!
