La primera vez que pedí con envío básico todo OK, tardó 1 mes pero llego. La segunda vez que era urgente lo pedí vía DHL y pague los $28 dólares que la web pedía, fue un verdadero desastre. Nunca enviaron el pedido, les escribí y me contestaron a las 2 semanas pidiéndome $35 más para enviarlo. Les pedí que lo enviaran por correo normal y me devolvieran la diferencia y no me contestaron. Gracias a que pague por PayPal logre recuperar el dinero por medio de una disputa que abrí y gane, si no todavía estuviera escribiéndoles, sin recibir una verdadera solución. Su atención al cliente pésima, de lo peor que he visto. / The first time I ordered with basic shipping everything OK, it took 1 month but it arrived. The second time that it was urgent I ordered it via DHL and paid the $28 dollars that the website asked for, it was a real disaster. They never sent the order, I wrote to them and they answered me after 2 weeks asking me for $35 more to send it. I asked them to send it by normal mail and return the difference to me and they did not answer me. Thanks to paying by PayPal, I was able to recover the money through a dispute that I opened and won, if not I would still be writing to them, without receiving a real solution. Their lousy customer service, the worst I've ever seen.

I ordered multiple times on this website and I really like their products. However, I recently ordered something on 22/01/2022 and the order is still under processing to this date (05/02/2022). I emailed them 3 times but they did not answer. I really don't know what to do I want my parts or my money back. If you have a solution contact me at felixsouan @gmail.com please!!!

This site is a scam. I placed my order almost 30 days ago and the status has not changed until today. They do not respond to support emails or messages on their Facebook and Instagram pages. I can't get my order or my money back.

Made an order on the 10.01.2022 website. It's already 18.01.2022. The order is still in processing. I wrote to the support mail, no answer!! Already desperate! Answer what's going on! There was a good opinion of you!! Order #100146972. Return the money!

They said they were out of stock. Returned the money 01/28/2022

I am still waiting for my product: I ordered on the 19th and they gave me a fake DHL tracking number even though I purchased FedeX and havent been able to track anything. They only replied my first email and told to be patient. I've sent multiple emails afterwards and now im freaking out cause they dont even answer. Im in Mexico, but grew up in the US and best believe I have family and friends out there that will sue upon this! Why do bad business??? I chose witrigs over so many other businesses and this is what I get?!!! you betray my trust!!! It hurts my feelings. All I wanted to do is fix the 1+ 6T that my little sis gave me!!! Butholes :/

Ordered multiple items in October. It's been almost two full months and NO PACKAGE. Cave me a bogus tracking number that says it was delivered but that's a LIE. reached out to their 'support' and they game me a number for DHL e-commerce (even tho the tracking was China Post) and they know NOTHING about this package. SCAM. Stay away.

Witrigs don't sell OEM parts. It's a scam.

I got my order status "processing" for over 3 weeks now. It's supposed to be 5-7 days delivery time offered when you make the purchase. But these people don't care, just avoid buying from them.

Check their "warranty" before you buy. They only offer a 30 day warranty and won't honor a replacement after that. I find it sketchy that their website (at the time of this writing) looks incomplete and missing style assets making it look like a text-only site.

My replacement battery appeared to be fine at first, but started to show signs of extreme degradation 3 months after installing. After 7 months, this replacement battery is now worse than the one I replaced and doesn't last a full hour before it is fully drained. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

BEWARE OF SCAM! Ordered parts for replacement screen, stuck at processing for weeks, no shipment. Emailed them and got unhelpful responses like "our shipping system is broken." These guys are scammers - buy your parts off of Amazon.

It's properly a scam, I have been waiting for my shipments for more over 2 months nevertheless, I tried to contact the support but no response from them.

Stay away of it!!

Sent fingerprint scanner which did not match the picture or the label on the item. Ignored mails asking for correct item.

Ordered a couple of things for my phone more than a week back as pricing is good and videos clear. They took my money really quick, but since then: total silence. I've mailed support, again: silence. No idea if they will actually ship, it feels really sketchy!

Update: their support did respond now and provided a tracking number, but no action on that as well. Still not convinced it will arrive to be honest

I have ordered several items from this website. They have great pricing and a useful you tube page, so I assumed they were legit. But once you order and pay, you don't receive any order confirmation. No response to the support email. No other forms of contacting this company. Paid for delivery with DHL, but 7days and still no response or any feedback. On their site my order is only listed as processing.
Will update if anything changes..

Got a mail claiming their other replies from the same mail address are in my trash?? But their mail address is marked as important, not spam and is trusted, so I think its lies, as I cannot find any trace of the messages. They have offered to go ahead and deliver my order as is, that was almost 2 weeks ago. So still no trust in their ability to deliver over $320 worth of spares.

Very bad quality, not an original Xiaomi display as promised.
Display has poor colours, is also not as bright as the original one.
Also not all tools delivered, the tool to release the display (metal plate) was missing.
So better buy a really original part. 👎🏻

Definitely not a scam, parts appear to be genuine or at least high quality. in 2019 i purchased a screen for a galaxy s8 and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. the customer support was helpful.

the products took a while to arrive due to customs delays in india but the customer service more than makes up for any delays with amazing response to keep you calm and reassure you about the product status and in my book that's a huge win

Actual scam, they hold your money and order for weeks and months and never respond to your emails and you can NEVER cancel your order

Refurbished and scratched non OEM screens sold as OEM.

Don't waste your time or money on them..

The items I've ordered are what I expected. The time from the order to the arrival was acceptable and the package was correctly composed. I appreciated that they answered my questions in a very little time.
