I purchased my company domain through Wizz hosting and I had a few issues connecting this to my email provider. Neil provided me with excellent help to get the issue resolved. He responded very fast and I really appreciated his help.

Extremely good customer service. Mirko was knowledgeable, kind and very responsive to my questions and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently.

I am absolutely furious with the hosting service! They continuously promised to refund me so I could switch hosting providers because their service is downright atrocious - it's slowing down my site and sometimes renders it completely blank! Despite their assurance to refund me, referencing my previous review, they have shamelessly lied and now conveniently claim that the 30-day refund window has passed. I've tirelessly emailed them every single day, providing irrefutable evidence of my requests for a refund, yet they continue to dodge their responsibility. My advice? Steer clear of this hosting service at all costs! It's nothing but a nightmare waiting to happen.
