The blades are not only sharp but also…

The blades are not only sharp but also stain-resistant, which means they stay looking great even after heavy use. Cleaning them is a breeze, and they can be hand-washed or placed in the dishwasher without worry. I’m also a huge fan of the design—the minimalist aesthetic fits perfectly in my modern kitchen. I appreciate that each piece is not only functional but also adds an element of elegance to my countertop.

I got a set of pans. And gess what two pans got stacked one inside the other and does not come out at all.

I wanted to purchase a set of WMF pans…

I wanted to purchase a set of WMF pans but wanted to find out how they compared to 3 ply stainless steel pans. I used the chat function on the website - I couldn't believe how bad their customer service is. Astounding. No knowledge of their own products, or their competition ('what is Le Crueset?' they asked... only a big competitor of yours). Super unhelpful. She asked which pans I was looking at on the website and I sent her the link and her reply was 'that's a set of pans, not a pan' which was totally irrelevant to my question. Having read all the reviews on trustpilot I am DEFINITELY not purchasing WMF pans, and will go with the Le Crueset set. Sort yourselves out, this isn't a way to grow your business.

Perfect Pressure cooker: lid doesn't open!

Bought one of their pressure cookers, model Perfect, volume 4.5 liters. The product worked fine for 1 year and I used it 5 or 6 times. Last time after use, we cleaned it and put the lid on. Next time, we try to use it, the lid doesn't open anymore. The sliding lock indicator is stuck on lock, and cannot be moved down to open.

Asked the retailer who said I should contact WMF service. Wrote them an email and no reply. Wrote few other emails but to no avail.

Junk german made product, like their cars, cheating!

Terrible client service

Terrible client service

I am extremely disappointed with the client service I received after purchasing two pans just four months ago. These pans were marketed as being of professional quality, but to my dismay, one of them developed a strange bubble on the cooking surface. When I contacted the company to address this issue, they simply blamed it on my cleaning methods, stating that I had cleaned the back of the pan improperly.

Dangerous Defective WMF Schnellkochtopf 4,5 L not…

Brand new WMF Schnellkochtopf 4,5 L not only leaking liquids from the very beginning, its “Kochsignal” stopped working properly after only 3 use. The brand portrays itself as a high end kitchen machines producer, but their expensive pressure cooker doesn’t even perform like my parents’ 20 year old no name pressure cooker.

Don’t be fooled by marketing. This is not a reliable brand.

Bought an expensive frying pan from WMF…

Bought an expensive frying pan from WMF but lasted about 4 months. Non-stick started to stick and the surface started to wear off. The quality is crap. I wonder why WMF is touted as being high quality?

Having spent £6900.00 On new machine 12…

Having spent £6900.00 On new machine 12 year’s ago I find out today that they don’t support it anymore and that it’s useless.
The wasteful nature Of having to upgrade and waste what is probably a very good machine if repaired is not very good, or environmentally friendly, and basically is a conveyor belt of profit from new machines.
I have now switched to Jura who will look after older machines. WMF your attitude stinks

A very expensive cup of coffee

Having spent over £4k on an 1100S machine, i was disappointed to find that the two year service was £830. Not only that but two more faults occurred within three months of that service, which I had to pay extra for ! Coffee was good but awful customer service and incredibly expensive.

Online purchase and poor customer service

Bought an item online and while paying, the WMF website blocked and ordered the item 2 times instead of once. I immediately called the customer hotline and waited for over 30 minutes in the queu, when I asked whether they could cancel one of the orders, the response was that they can only cancel within 15 minutes of the purchase....

Will never purchase WMF again!

Our family has purchased a ton of WMF items from an official WMF store. WMF is supposed to be a premium brand and with a premium brand comes premium service, ............right? Wrong! Contacted WMF through messenger a while ago as we own a sauce ladle of which the spot welds failed. We have sent pictures to WMF of the broken ladle and until now they have failed to deal with it. Pending the final outcome I will update this review. After a month of waiting and reminders, the following response;

ANY producer selling supposedly premium products at a premium price, with this type of customer service does not deserve anything other than a one star. WMF you've lost a loyal customer, and I will spread the word.

Great machines, but utterly appalling Service.....

Owned a WMF coffee machine for a couple of years. Great machines, but the service is utterly appalling and the company does not care. Not a one off situation. Original setup/installation service was totally inadequate, and now follow up service the same. How hard can it be to run a decent service organisation. Disgusted.

Bought a set of WMF pots

Bought a set of WMF pots. They distribute heat very nicely and they look nice. They advertised cool handles. Not true!! The handles get extremely hot. So hot I have to use pot holders to handle them. Very disappointed with this feature.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, product still not delivered after 6 weeks since order (original was 2-4 days). WMF products are usually great, but their online-shop delivery service is HORRIBLE! 1) They do not answer emails. 2) The attendants cannot provide information 3) They promise to send a feedback, still waiting 4) After 4 weeks, promised to send a second delivery (as the first one never arrived)... another 2 weeks went by, and still nothing 5) Cancellation service is a nightmare 6) Finally, after 6 weeks of waiting, they are still claiming that I received the goods according to their "DHL system"... It's just a pure joke, horrible service. Recommended for those that want to pay, wait and do not want to receive the product. Otherwise, stay away from their online shop.

Buyer beware

I admired the Juwel Stainless Steel Espresso Set for years and wanted to purchase it. Well, I finally did and what a disappointment! They look cheap, and not worthy of the WMF name.
The photo and description are misleading - handle is flat, not beveled like a gem so no facets. The stainless steel is very dark in colour and does not match any of the WMF flatware I have collected over the years, not even the other set I ordered with this one.
Customer service was polite but most unhelpful: Refused to pay for return shipping and wanted me to pay to ship them back, which would cost more than I paid for the set in the first place.
I do not recommend this set. Furthermore, be absolutely sure you have seen a product before buying because WMF returns are not free.
