I purchased a premium pressure cooker…I feel like I was robbed of Euro 100.-

I purchased a premium pressure cooker set for Euro 279.- in Dresden at the WMF store, only to see the same set advertised on Amazon for Euro 179.-. I asked if I can return my set, it was still within two weeks of purchase. I was refused, and told that I could get a credit instead. I do not want a credit, nor do I need a credit. I took the matter up with WMF who after a long time offered me NOTHING and wished me a 'Good day and to take care'.
I feel like I have been robbed of Euro 100.-.
WMF ethics and business prctise is a disgrace!
If you have alternatives, buy from them!

One of the worse companies to deal…

One of the worse companies to deal with.
Avoid if you can!
Cost a lot to purchase your machine, constantly breaking down, faults in machines, had 4 different machines sent out as they sent wrong machine or to the wrong address.
Pay over £3500 per year for my 3 machine for a service agreement only yo be slapped with more bills to pay!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service! I purchased a set of WMF cutlery sold as dish washer safe from them and the knives started to stain within weeks. I had to email the company 10 times as they kept trying to give me the brush off saying there was no fault and sending detailed instructions on how to use a dish washer which was impractical and quicker to wash by hand. After sending them a photo and then sending them a sample knife they informed me the stains could be removed with Peeks stainless steel cleaner.

WMF don't care about their customers

I have experienced a terrible customer service with WMF. They showed a complete disregard for me as a customer.

I had a WMF coffee maker. It worked fine and I was happy with it.

Unfortunately, the mug broke down and I wanted to buy a replacement.

I contacted the customer service and they very quickly directed me to a local re-seller which could help me. After a few days, I had ordered (and paid) the spare part and was announced a delivery in 4 weeks.

So far... so good.... but....

5 months later, yes, 5!!, I received the information that the spare part was not available and that I would be refunded.

During the 5 months, I had several times - always when I requested (never proactively) - the information that the order would be dispatched soon.

Summary? It took 5 months to WMF to realize that they could not provide me a spare part (which I had paid). They did not apologize, did not try to find a solution. Terrible and frustrating experience.

And? Another 3 months later... I am still awaiting the reimbursement of the order.

WMF really don't care about their customers.

Such bad piece of kitchen tool from Wmf, unbelievable!

I attach most importance to buy quality tools for in the kitchen. When I decided to buy a kitchen mandoline from them I thought I would receive a quality device. This means that the blades would be of better quality steel.. With this, you can't imagine to receive such badly designed piece of equipment! The knives are not at all superior to the very cheap ones while more than the double of the price. Because of the bad design one can barely adjust the thickness of the slices, very uncontrollable to handle. The inserts come loose, slices not equal etc. You have to use it on a mat or else the cut food ends up on your countertop but then again you can not put pressure on because then your pad slides along.
In short, this is absolute deception. Never again no Wmf for me.

Poorest stainless steel we have in the house and no support from WMF

We were given WMF Boston cutlery as a wedding present - the knife blades on ALL of the small knives have discoloured and developed rust spots that have developed into deep pits - no other item (including the larger knife blades) have been affected so it looks like a bad batch of knife blades to us - a good company with a premium product you would hope would step up and sort a munfacturing fault out - WMF have told us that it is our fault - perhaps we are washing them wrongly (only the small knives??) - after much pushing they have offered a discount if we buy more knives from them!! who is that rewarding??

Material is NOT stainless steel as it rusted within two weeks

While on holidays, the 22nd December I bought a WMF grater in one of the brand stores in an outlet complex in France (near Baden Baden). Is not even a month after that and the blade is completely rusted, I have contacted the customer service in Germany but haven´t received any response and don´t know how to proceed since I am back in Spain where there are none WMF stores. I am terribly disappointed as I thought this brand stands out for its quality and feel like I have thrown away my money completely.
