Bestellung storniert, Geld trotzdem abgebucht
Ich habe Ware bestellt und in der anschließenden Bestellbestätigung gelesen, dass der Versand 2 Wochen dauern wird. Daraufhin habe ich umgehend einen Widerruf per Mail gesendet, der mir auch schriftlich bestätigt wurde. 2 Tage später wurde die Kreditkarte nun aber doch belastet. Ich habe per Mail darum gebeten, die Buchung zurückzuerstatten, erhalte jedoch keine Rückmeldung. Ich werde nun den Weg über die Bank suchen und die Belastung zurückfordern müssen.
