Shittiest app ever

Shittiest app ever. Ordered 3 hours ago and the delivery time still increases(courier car stays grayed out carrying other orders - god knows how many). Support unresponsive so have decided to cancel the order -> surprise, you need to chat with a representative in order to get it cancelled.
Never ordering with it again even if it gets fixed and surpasses every single other delivery app.

Worst delivery app. Ordered around 2:30 pm and it’s 4:40pm now and still the food isn’t here. The customer support is useless they take forever to reply. Never ever use this app.

STEALING

I paid. They did not send my order. They sent me to 5 different people, including a supervisor. I messaged. I emailed.

They kept my money. I did not receive the order. That is THEFT.

Wolt does not pay workers and aint safe anymore

They dont pay their partners fair anymore they just keep adding new fees for the customers to pay and everything of that goes to wolt noone else.
And the new priority order that customer can add for a fee only makes it so we get even less orders.
So if a deliverypartner notices that it is a priority order make it way too late just to have customers demand a refund wolt.
And customers start complaining that the food is cold or something is missing or any little wrong you find so that wolt somehow looses money.
We have to pack every food in the same bag just because wolt does not want to waste money on a second one= that if you order icecream it will be warm.
Resturants does not pack the food so that the customer would know if the food has been touched.

Ordered tonight a meal for my family

Ordered tonight a meal for my family. As a pregnant woman that felt bad for days and couldn’t eat, the only thing I was craving for was the fries. Of course they messed up my ordered and didn’t send them. I contacted and this very helpful employee of Wolt asked me to wait for 24h until they would get a reply from the venue. Can you imagine? No empathy. No apologies, nothing else besides i can’t help until the venue replies to me. Shame! No f.king empathy for their clients.

Terrible customer service.

I experienced a significant technical issue with the app that resulted in receiving and being charged for an incorrect meal. Despite selecting a Chicken Fajita wrap, the system processed my order as an American Steakhouse wrap instead.

I can verify this was not user error, as checking my "Recent Orders" – which automatically populates based on previous selections – shows the Chicken Fajita wrap with my preferred options, not the steakhouse wrap that was delivered.

Upon reporting this to customer support, I was offered only €4 in store credit against a €22 order. I escalated the issue to three different support representatives, investing considerable time trying to resolve the situation.

Their justification for not providing a full refund was that they couldn't replicate the bug internally. However, the inability to reproduce a technical issue doesn't invalidate a customer's experience, especially from a long-standing user like myself who has placed hundreds of orders without previous incidents.

This unsatisfactory handling of the situation has led me to cancel my Wolt+ subscription. Once my remaining credits are used, I will discontinue using their service entirely.

NVER GOTTEN PAID

Worked for them. Never got paid, tried to reach the customer support but they faint to not understand what I was saying or never replied so I had to send them several emails. Don’t work for this company!!!

A wrong meal was delivered to me

A wrong meal was delivered to me. I complained to Wolt support, it took them a few hours to resolve the issue. The resolution was to give me Wolt credits in an amount lower than the amount that I paid for the meal that I originally ordered. When I complained about that, they said that they cannot do anything about that. The only thing that they agreed to was to transfer money to my account instead of Wolt credits. It's a joke. I'm not risking using this service anymore.

COLD FOOD!!! Refuse to reply customers on support. DO NOT GET TEMPTED TO ORDER FOOD FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They manage to make MC Donald’s taste worse than it already does!!! I would give them minus 10 stars if possible.

Continuously late and terrible service

Continuously late, cold and sometimes badly handled. Order a pizza from a place 5minutes away, it took them 25 minutes to deliver and the pizza was clearly stored on its side so the cheese and sauce just slipped to the side and basically on the cardbox. Ridiculous. Not the first time, not the second, not the fifth or the tenth where I had issues with them. In fact, whenever I can I rather just drop by the restaurant and pick it up or even buy frozen food if I'm in a rush.

Wolt: A Disastrously Embarrassing Experience Wolt's incompetence ruined my evening with a guest. Their "buy two for one's price" offer turned into a bait-and-switch, delivering only one item. Customer support offered nothing but hollow apologies, leaving me humiliated and out of pocket. Even with a Wolt+ subscription, I received zero assistance. This company's horrendous customer service and deceptive practices are unacceptable. Compared to Uber Eats, Wolt is an abject failure. he worst delievery service ever what an utter shame they always delay all orders and mess up many times. today i ordered at 4.50 pm and the order was sceduled for 5.02 pm long wait but okay but then they send notification sorry delievery guy is going to take longer than expected oopsss , like seriously alright so i wait and they change it to 5.15 then 5.20 pm then 5.30 pm pathetic and on asking wolt to just cancel my order as its taken over 120 mins to arrive they respond with no can do sorry and the driver will come to you but then later respond with we told him he will deliever it soon and send me more messages opps the car is delievering other orders i watch in dismay and misery as it drives further from me i had only 1 hour lunch break and this service messed it up would never recommend my driver is still somewhere exploring alamty i after wasting my 120 mins they canceled the order after i told them many times too

Crapiest food delivery service out there

Never deliver on time, drivers speak no tongue except their native third world country bullshit, food is always cold, compensations are a joke compared to the amount you spend. You’re better off using bolt food or any other delivery platform available to you

Missing 50%of the items from my order…

Missing 50%of the items from my order.
Customer support spent 15min not being able to reorder my missing items.
When the support staff lacks the ability to solve easy problems and puts this back on a customer they should consider investing in some staff training… I don’t expect attitude when I’m asking for help.
