Dealing with your company was very easy. I must admit that I am a little disappointed in the articles selected for my book. I did this book as a gift for my 91 year old father. The articles in his book were very heavy on people who had died , were murdered, or committed suicide, there were one or two space theme articles but mostly death kind of a bummer to give as a birthday gift.

Great Customer Service for Rare Error!
I am a repeat customer and will continue to be for as long as I have children and grandchildren! When I received my latest book, I noted a difference in the character's hair colour from what I selected on the cover and the inside pages. I contacted customer service and the representatives immediately acknowledged the issue, apologized, and offered a full credit for future purchases. At my request, the representative placed an order for the exact same book with the selected hair colour and had it shipped out immediately.

It was fun to make the First Mother's Day book for my daughter and first grandchild. I like how you can make the hair and skin color to match the subjects. I'll look forward to the next holiday to make another. I see joy in the future with my daughter reading this book to her baby.

Lovely book, worth the money
Wonderbly was recommended to me by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. I had just had my second daughter and thought the books were lovely. I loved how easy it was to personalise them and add your own photo. I think it’s great it can be done in different languages and the quality is fantastic. Looking to buy another one for my girls for Christmas ☺️

I love the concept
I love the concept, I made an error in the book’s name and they were able to fix it no problem, shipping was fast. The only opportunity I see is homie using a AI to put the actual person’s face in the book and maybe even merge the parents’ faces to make to be born baby’s faces in the books. Just food for thought.
