I ordered a side table that was supposed to come in 5 weeks. After 9 weeks I contacted them. The response was that they were sorry but the warehouse that serves my location was out of them. Huh? That doesn't sound like made to order. I researched and it was held up in customs. Clearly coming from China. When it finally arrived after 11 weeks it was a piece of wood, legs, and screws. There was no packing list or instructions for assembly. No holes in wood showing where you're supposed to install the legs. So basically it's made to order by me...not them. Lol. I tried contacting them a few times with zero response. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Like all the other reviews, this is a scam company for China. Do not buy from them. We ordered a floating live edge shelf and it came way lighter than the original picture and the edge was not live at all. Completely different from the picture. They have since removed the picture we took a screenshot of when we bought it. When asking for a refund they said they could refund 5 dollars. Then 8 dollars. Then 15 dollars and begged us to accept it or they would lose their job. In addition to that, when we bought the shelf in October, they were advertising that they make everything in the US and had a California address for the business. When we recently went back to look, the address was updated to an address in China. Very confusing, but in hindsight, clearly a scam.

Just like all the other reviews, this company is a full fledged garbage company from china. PayPal is refusing to work with me because the transaction already went through. What a f'ing headache.

Advertised end tables made from oak bourbon barrels. Nope. Cheap Chinese knock offs. The table top is actually a veneer photograph of wood!

Refused to refund full amount. They offered $20. Communicating with them is like playing a game. Total scam company from China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered floating shelves. Product took over a month to get. Shelves came in looking way darker than website image. One side of shelf unfinished. Mounting holes in shelves were drilled larger than mounting hardware resulting in shelves sagging on the wall. I needed to order new mounting hardware from Amazon to finish the job. Not impressed with this company at all. To be fair, I never gave them a chance to correct the problem.

Purchased live edge behind the couch table on September 21st, didn't receive the item until November 13th. This company is based out of China. DO NOT purchase from this website. I can confirm there are visible sand marks on the table top. Additionally the pilot holes where the legs are supposed to be screwed into where drilled too far apart so the crossbar did not fit making the item not VERY wobbly. Seller offered another crossbar but it would take 30 plus days to be shipped and I am not confident the new one would even fit. All communication was done at 1130am CST via email. The company is a scam company. Do not purchase with PayPal because PayPal does not do anything. I am now being forced to pay for SHIPPING to China to return the item, which is $275. So I am out this amount for a defective item. DONT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Listen to the other low rated reviews. Woodartdeal is a scam company based out of China that is pretending to sell homemade pieces made in the US. Not only does the delivery take long but you will either not receive your purchase or you will receive something that does not match the quality and image of what is advertised on their site. Communicating with them is a pain as any request to return the item will be met with low ball offers of $10 or $20 refunds and a lousy promise to give feedback to their team for the error. Save yourself the headache and use a reputable seller.

These are nothing but Chinese scammers. We received our table after waiting over two months. on opening the packaging, we discovered excessive damage and this is not a live edge walnut table. It looks like some sort of composite with a painted on wood grain. This is not a US based company. Beware they will sell you junk and it will take you forever to get your money back the table you receive if you receive anything won’t even look like what they have pictured on their website, save yourself a headache and find somebody else to buy from.

All the 5 star reviews may say they are verified but they are all fake. Not a signal one is real. The 1 stars reviews however are. The company is China based not US as the site leads you to believe. As stated by the handful of people that actually received something which is rare despite China being the world’s leader in walnuts they received warped slabs of pine. I myself fell for this before digging deeper and discovering. PayPal time to dispute ran out as they delay everything past the point. There is no return process if you do receive something which won’t be what you ordered as nothing is made of solid walnut just a heads up you’ve been warned. Hope you save yourself the headache.

I ordered a console table from this company because of the positive reviews on another site and had the dimensions I needed. Took a while to be shipped to me. It is sturdy and the dimensions were correct. Those are the only positives. The wood doesn't look natural and has been painted. There's a very strong odor. Doesn't look like the photos on the website. Disappointed.

If I could rate this company less than one star, I would. We received something completely different than what was pictured (a pair of "bourbon barrell" shelves.) They were pieces of stained wood and clearly not from a bourbon barrell. Nothing at all like what was pictured. The response for a refund or replacement has been pathetic and we get responses like "please accept $10 so I don't get fired... I have a family to feed and can't loose my job". We're still going in circles over a month after contacting the company.

Do not buy from this company.

This company is a scam they take your order and never deliver

We ordered our table on August 14th; it’s now October 8th. I’ve emailed them several times and they just keep saying it’s on its way. I had gotten a tracking in the first email, but it’s no longer there. I’ve emailed again and they aren’t replying. I’ve asked for a refund.. nothing.

UPDATE: on October 13th I got an email my packaged was delivered. As I click on the picture that post in the email, it was not my house. And the address said Norman. I live in Blanchard which is a 30 minute drive from my house. I’ve reached out to fedex and I just keep getting that it’s being looked into. When I try to reach out to Woodard, I get no reply. I believe this company is a scam!!

So disappointed!!

I am so happy with this purchase! The bar cart arrived quickly and it's even more beautiful in person.

This side table is so sleek and modern! It's sturdy for being so lightweight and it was a great price too! It would be nice if it had a drawer for a little bit of extra storage.

fake ass company- got a table, not cheap. it was marketed as wood it is a poorly painted piece of garbage and you're responsible for sending it back to china

It's been 45 days since we ordered (August 10th). Customer Service has given us numerous excuses (lies) as to why our items are not here yet, my favorite being "It is coming by sea". We spent close to $800, and they have not provided a refund as promised, and they have now ghosted us and stopped responding all together. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE CLEARLY A SCAM!!!

Placed an order on 8/8/24 for a live edge table. To this day I have no table and no tracking information. Have contacted the company several times keep getting excuses on why potentially there could be delays but no resolution finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company because it is obvious this company is a scam and is not actually sending anything. I would avoid this company like the Black plague. Upon during research online after getting the runaround I found this company is Chinese based and only registered their website within the last few months so it is definitely a scam avoid it all cost. Update: as of 09/28/24 requested a refund over two weeks ago and have had no reply from company.

This is not handmade quality furniture. IKEA is better quality. For the price my aunt paid for a dresser ($500) we received a flimsy dresser with two drawers that were broken, and damaged corners from the shipping (from china). They make their website look as if you are receiving high-quality pieces when in reality you are getting flimsy low quality furniture. Now they are going back and forth on the return process even though their website says "easy-returns", trying to compensate a fraction of the cost of the piece. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

After more than 8 weeks took delivery on very poor quality behind sofa bench for $560 table is badly warped and very poor quality Finish initiated a return they have not followed through with the return and there is no satisfaction guarantee this place is a scam. It comes from asis and is very poor quality.
