This was a Christmas present, and the jigsaw is fantastic—really unique compared to regular puzzles. Shipping ended up a couple of days outside the promised dates, but the company replied to my inquiry within hours, and the order still arrived. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered the Swiss cabin clock. It arrived fairly quick which was great. As I started to build I found an issue. Three pieces had the picture stamped on the board but were not perforated so I couldn’t use them. I reached out to customer service and they have told me they are sending the replacements. Just waiting on them now. While that was disappointing and stopped the build I was happy with the prompt service. The puzzle itself is good quality and everything snaps together.. instructions are clear and it goes together quick.

The website said free shipping but I was charged $9.99 for shipping - that is false advertising and made me wary and unhappy as a customer.

Generally easy to use, only issue was returning to the beginning of the items list amd having to toggle through 3-4 pages, trying to find where I had left off shopping, each time I chose an item.

Dachshund clock is really cute. It took me about 2 days to put it together (wanted to take it slow) but was pretty easy. The pieces are fragile so, be careful. I love it.

Great puzzles, and clock. Everything arrived on time in good condition. Look forward to assembling them for display in my office.

I’m working on the puzzle I purchased by mistake, the suitcase Christmas Scene, and I’m loving it. It’s very challenging. The only problem I’m having is I keep having Christmas songs pop into my head. It’s March ☺️.

Unfortunately you see a puzzle on Face Book and then try to find it on the order page?? Not user friendly unless I'm doing something wrong.

Terrible company. Delivery took weeks. Ordered 2 jigsaws plus a mounting kit. It was a Xmas gift for my daughter. When we got round to doing them BOTH had pieces missing. Customer service has been appalling. Initially broken English and offering a small percentage refund in exchange for good review. Eventually after months of back and forth they told me I was outwith the return/refund window. So I’m left with 2 useless puzzles, a mounting kit I can’t use and out of pocket. AVOID!!!

Of all the different brands of wood puzzles I have ordered, Woodbests are my favorite. These unique puzzles keep my mind thinking. And I love how vibrant the colors are.

Would be helpful if price was displayed in currency of country.
