I ordered the Gothic Revival Bookstore Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle and it is a beautiful work of art. Unfortunately, it was missing a piece. Woodbests promptly replaced the entire puzzle. Not only was the puzzle itself outstanding in quality and beauty, Woodbests’ customer service was exemplary,

The puzzles were beautiful from a color/artistic context. Many pieces fit a bit loose, sometimes hard to tell if you had piece in the right place. When completed the pieces locked together better. Quality of individual pieces is outstanding. Disappointed that one piece was missing. Regardless, i mounted/framed both and hung them on the wall. Missing piece is so small you can't see it is missing.

The puzzles are super fun to do, and made with great attention to detail. Shipping could be quicker, but it wasn't bad, just an improvement if any are needed.

The puzzle clock took a little over 2 hours to complete, the instructions were well demonstrated, most of pieces fit together well. A few required minor adjustments and all but 2 fit perfectly. Those two required a bit of glue. They look just great after the glue dry. The only other small problem I had was the little pegs that hold the 3 D part of the tail on were patterned only on one side, but I'll fix that with a little marker. I love how the parts were layed out on the boards were clearly labeled. Made assembly easy to follow. In all a good project, well planed out, and completed in a reasonable time frame.

The clock project was fun and relatively easy to work on. I am a modeler so for me the assembly was straight forward. The 3-D effect of the multiple layers makes the clock really pop. The bright colors really look great. I love the completed clock!

My husband and I get a ton of fun from awaythese kits.The satisfaction we get for such such cute accomplishments. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy them!

The puzzles are very well made, the boxes are OK, would be better with picture of the contents on the lid. My main concern with purchasing again is inadequate packaging. A thin plastic bag isn't enough, especially for those with wooden boxes.

Totally satisfied, I bought so many!! Bright colours, cut with precision, full of fine details, special theme pieces, box and presentation is eye pleasing and special order with our own picture is awesome

I had ordered 3 puzzles, with buy 3 get one free. I only received 2. Customer Service was very helpful and I eventually received the third puzzle within a satisfactory time frame.

I have been pleased with the surprise selections Ive received. So far I have not received any puzzles that I already had. If I do I guess that will be my cue to stop. I just ordered my third batch of four mystery puzzles! I love the surprise element, as well as the big discount.

I really enjoy putting together these puzzle. My favorites at this time are the medium size Scenery Barrel with the cardinal, Happy Foxes-2, and Barrel of Autumn and Barrel of Spring. I would absolutely love it if you would offer puzzles of Barrel of Summer and Barrel of Winter. I would love to frame them all.
