Beautiful and unique product. My wife loved the tree of life puzzle!

Quality goods. I like your puzzles - designs, colors and construction are A1. Not easy to put together but a fun and reasonable challenge. Gave several for gifts and received positive feedback.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Firstly this company is based in China, not the UK. The puzzle received was very poor quality, cheap and flimsy, tacky and certainly not worth the money paid. It was a Christmas present but arrived in no outer box other than the ugly brown cardboard box it arrived in.

Almost impossible to get a refund, so am going to try and raise a dispute with the bank as the advert was very misleading.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - AVOID!

Good quality product. Wish the puzzles came in better identification on the box aside from just a description. Picture of the puzzle vs. a generic picture would be great without needing a premium box.

Shipping was longer than expected on a couple, but overall good for the quality.

This was a really fun puzzle to put together. The directions were excellent and easy to understand.
We were very pleased with the quality of the pieces. Very colorful and easy to separate. It’s a lovely clock and great conversation piece.

I would give them a zero star if i could. ordered a puzzle for a christmas gift, not knowing it would come from china. the shipper they used for delivery, uniuni, said they delivered my package but the pic of the house they delivered to was NOT my house. i contacted uniuni and woodbests, got their support chatbot, sent them everything they requested of me, including pics of my home and the home the package was delivered to. verified my delivery address was correct, sent them everything they wanted, over and over, now they are only responding by sending me the same image of my original order. requested a refund, no response. next step will be to get my bank to reverse the payment, if i can. too bad, because a friend gave me one of woodbests puzzles, and i really like it.

The puzzles are sturdy, and challenging to assemble. The delivery time was well within expectations.

The puzzle arrived when expected. The quality was good. It was as advertised. The person who received it as a gift liked it.

The puzzles are fun and unique. They made great gifts which everyone was happy to receive.

Direct email I received from this company after explaining a delivery issue I experienced from them. I was advised after explaining the problem to the delivery company (item left outside my property and vanished) to get the sender to make a claim (typical in the UK) I was taken aback by the impersonal and uncaring response I received. This is on-going, but if this is how they deal with a fairly simple delivery dispute I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company.
If I get any update or resolution I will update this review, but as of 06/01/26 I would highly advise people avoid this company.

Fantastic quality, the receiver of the gift loved it!

I liked the product. I was a little dissappointed that it was a battery operated clock and not one built from cut pieces. I did not like the third party tracking method (would have preferred to go straight to the shipping method website). It is a very attractive piece and an enjoyable challenge.

Very nice product, my daughter enjoyed putting it together!

This puzzle is so cute, my 13 year old daughter loves it! Great quality.

The selection allowed me to get great gifts for all. The product came in time for gifting, and they were well liked by all.

We were very impressed with the puzzle when we got it. The pieces all fit well, and the quality was high. While there were no directions for assembling the finished puzzle for display, it was easy to figure out. The only negative was that it took a little longer than expected to arrive, but that may have been due to the heavy volume at near Christmas.

Received ordered and the quality of puzzles were very good. Only feedback was I received the wrong puzzle 1 out of 3 and I didn’t receive them well after what was quoted during the order. The wrong puzzle was replaced about a week after filing the complaint.
