I recently retired and my daughter thought I would enjoy working on wood puzzles. I absolutely love these wood puzzles. The unusual shapes challenge my brain. The design and colors are so vibrant. I have been gluing them together and hanging them on my wall.

I ordered a puzzle at Woodbests for my wife for xmas. It was a cat puzzle with a built-in frame. When we recieved the puzzle, it was missing one piece. I sent a message to customer service. They said they would replace it. I thought they meant with a similar puzzle. Nope, they sent me a super cheap puzzle they carry without a frame. They also kind of made it sound like they wouldn't send a replacement without getting a good review. So a waste of money and bad customer service. Also, I am not giving you a good review if your company sucks. STAY AWAY FROM WOODBESTS.

Ordered a kit didn't get here.Tried numerous times to reach them .No response Then got email it had been seized by customs .No response from company This is a 70 dollar item plus shipping m.,my bank disputed and returned my money

I ordered a product from them for $72. The order was placed on December 7, however the package was not shipped until December 14 — at least, that is the date when I received the tracking number. As a result, the package arrived only on January 2.

If the website had stated that delivery would take until January 2, I would not have placed the order at all. At the time of purchase, the stated delivery window was December 15–20, which was the main reason I decided to buy. The order was intended as a Christmas gift for my family for December 25.

Since the package arrived late, I decided to return it and request a refund. The package was never opened or used. However, I was politely refused a full refund and was offered only $15, allegedly for shipping, or the option to return the item at my own expense. I was also informed that return shipping would most likely cost more than the product itself.

As a result, both the holiday and the overall experience were ruined. I believe the responsibility lies with the seller, especially considering that the package was shipped only a week after the order was placed. In such a situation, the fair solution would have been to refund the full purchase amount. In that case, I might have considered returning as a customer in the future. Now, however, I will think twice, given that they are far from the only company offering similar products on the market.

P.S. They refunded $15, but that does not make up for the ruined experience.

On-time delivery, well-packed, and undamaged items. Since these are gifts, I can't comment on the products, but I'd confidently order from Woobests again.

The puzzle was given as a Christmas gift. Recipient loved it and wasted no time putting it together!

The beauty of the design, the good instructions, the snug fit of the pieces made putting the cat together a lot of fun.

Ordered on a whim. I was looking for a unique gift for my son. He sent me a picture of the finished puzzle, and said he would be framing it and displaying in his home. Awesome, challenging wooden puzzle.

The puzzles are well made, challenging and have beautiful artistry. I loved the Advent Calendar puzzles! Would highly recommend.

I like your puzzles for gift-giving. Also I like the fact that they are colorful and challenging but can be put together a small space. And the wood box makes it easy to wrap.

These are the best, most unique puzzles I have ever tried. The colors are phenomenal and we actually glued two of the puzzles to frame.

I love these wooden puzzles...so many to choose from it's hard not to buy them all!!!

The companies web page was easy to use. Descriptions of what you were looking at were excellent. Product was delivered in a very short timeframe. Packaged well. Product was nice as expected. This is my second experience with this company.

Puzzles are better in person than the pictures can show.. alot of depth and layers. Very nice! It's a little more work than I was thinking but it's worth it.

Had a couple pieces that were messed up but good quality for the gift

Do not order directly to the company or the woodbests.com website. If you do, do not order multiple items on the same receipt. I ordered 3 items which should of been 2 packages. I received package 1 of 2 but did not recieve the second package. Tracking only takes you to the same packge so they are reporting it as delivered. But the second package was never received.

The company delivering is sf-express which is a Beijing based company which is very hard to get answers about the delivery. They claim it was delivered but my Ring door camera verfies that it was not.

Buy through Amazon if you can. Better tracking.

Cat Puzzle was as described. Pieces were very well cut and fit together perfectly. Shipping might have been 2 weeks total from China.
