Ordered first batch off panels in…

Ordered first batch off panels in October 25. Received a video from company saying thank you for your order at that time thought lovely idea. November came heard nothing, December same, just put it down to being extremely busy with Christmas etc. I then made contact with them via email and was assured that my panels would be delivered within a week. No updates from customer service or courier. Made contact again via email and was told they had courier issues and was trying to find the best solution. I received my panels but no glue or screws I ordered was with delivery. When I questioned it with delivery driver, looked confused and said “maybe inside box.” Box that flat, you would never get additional items inside. I then emailed customer service to say my products are missing. My response was they apologise and would look into it. Guess what yep still waiting. I had my joiner out and discovered I was short by 2 panels. I had obviously measured by their calculations on website on how many panels needed . I thought right let’s give them the benefit of the doubt and see if it was just a busy period with my previous order. Placed order on the 14 January 26. Company offers 2-3 days delivery (free) when you order over a certain amount. I emailed after 2 weeks to find out when I would be receiving delivery and was hit with a pleasant response stating that they are still trying to find the best solution for delivery and to please bear with them. Roll on 5 weeks later yep still waiting. Come on guys, we are paying customers and expect a better service than this. If I don’t receive my missing items plus new order I’m reporting to the omnibus company for false advertising and obviously not receiving good when advertised. If not received my items by end of month I’m asking for a refund.

Ordered 8 Panels on the 23rd November…

Ordered 8 Panels on the 23rd November 2025 at the time of order it at first only allowed me to order 5 having contacted them through their whats app on website they said to try again they had adjusted their website it then allowed me to order the 8.
Their website states delivery 2-3 days which is a load bull ? it took about 4wks after contacting them multiple times for them only to send 5.The courier company had them a week before I even got the 5.I had another notification for the remainder but they didn't arrive the company blaming courier company.
It's now 8 wks been told they coming Friday 23rd by the Company up till now courier company still haven't got them the company state they just relaying what their fulfillment team advise.
I'v booked a day off work so I could be in for delivery again got someone who was putting them on the wall which sounds like I'l have to cancel the job with them again.
Informed them if I dont receive them on Friday 23rd January 2026 then I want a full refund ASAP for the 8 panels I'v paid for and they can collect the 5 they have sent as cannot do half job.They have not responded to that so I will raise charge back with bank if they dont come.I'l go else where with a reliable company as this company does not try to resolve just shift the blame.

Avoid

Ordered black wall panels on the 11th November, the website promises next day delivery. It took weeks for them to arrive and they sent the wrong colour

Then took them weeks to collect the incorrect panels with the promise of delivery of the correct ones, 2 months later and we still haven’t received the panels

The company attempts to blame the courier, downright lies, I spoke to the courier who collected them and they told me they haven’t received the replacements, this is backed up with tracking emails that get sent when items are despatched

I am about to initiate chargeback as I believe they are complete scam artists

It took 2 weeks for the order to arrive…

It took 2 weeks for the order to arrive even though it was promised within 2 days . I constantly attempted to contact the company via email and telephone but nobody replied.It completely ruined my work schedule, when the panels did eventually arrive they were the wrong ones. Again I constantly tryed to contact the company, the only contact I had is via what’s app chat which I’m now convinced is a BOT. They promised to refund and sort out the situation after constantly messaging via whatts app. But after a week of messaging nothing has happened and they have not contacted me. I’m now going through a charge back via my bank as I cannot get through to them. A far as the panels go I ordered the flush dark panels I received the walnut ones, out of curiosity I tryed the alloy trim that fits between the panels to hold them flush - they don’t work , they are too small so a complete waste of time. I’ve been a self employed carpenter for 40 years and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect from a company before. My opinion - stay away from this company there is something not quite right with it. Their loss anyway I ordered 4 panels for my client as a tester , the next order was going to be for 80 panels.

We fitted 8 panels in our studio

We fitted 8 panels in our studio and the difference in sound is huge. Less echo, better clarity, and they look amazing against the white walls. Definitely worth every penny.

Really pleased with the 3-sided

Really pleased with the 3-sided acoustic wall slats — they’ve completely upgraded our living room and the finish is beautiful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the courier left the boxes outside in the rain, but luckily the panels were well packed and undamaged. Would definitely order again.
