Waited nearly 2 weeks for a blade???
The first blade i ordered got lost in transit or so I was told but no one contacted me to tell me, I had to keep chasing it up. After several days of waiting and me contacting them a new blade was sent out. Nearly 2 weeks waiting for a saw blade???? Not again. I will be spending my hard earned cash elsewhere.

Poor customer service
I had trouble at the checkout because the invoice said 100% discount off shipping, free shipping but at the very end, it added £3.50 shipping. I have tried ringing and leaving a message, I have emailed and I have filled out a contact form. I have had no response. I have used them before and were ok. But sadly they have gone downhill.

Poor communication
This company never responds to customers. I ordered a bandsaw blade. Immediately after placing the order, I realised I had ordered the wrong blade. I immediately phoned to rectify the issue. Left a message on the answerphone and backed this up with an email. No response to either. When the blade arrived it was the wrong size. Tried ringing again, no answer, no response to nt message. Have now returned the blade with a covering letter. Guess what no response! Customer service at its worst. Pathetic.
