Unfortunately, the delivery itself was delayed by Royal Mail, and the parcel was delivered on 22 January after being ordered on the 15th. My parcel was lost within parcel force
My parcel was lost within parcel force and unable to track. A replacement was sent after contacting Woodford which arrived in a couple of days

Wrong item was sent out originally
Wrong item was sent out originally. They sent out a replacement although I explained I was away for a few weeks. It would appear that the second parcel has been taken from where the post office left it before Christmas. I would not recommend this company and certainly wouldn't try and purchase anything myself in the future.
