Nice looking but brittle MacBook Pro case. Rubbish after sales.
Expensive case for MacBook Pro 16". Fitted fine but the edges seemed a little brittle but fitted anyway. A few weeks late after normal light use the edges broke off.
Not the top will not stay on.
Contacted WoodWe to ask and have been ignored 3 times. Will never be buying from this company again.
Shame as their products are nice to look at but terribly made.

They will never answer you!
I’ve been purchasing their products for many years now and things were usually ok. The delivery was always problematic and took forever to arrive. But at least they were helpful. This time not a single answer. 3 emails and WhatsApp.

Have been trying to contact support over a month (since nov19,2023) it is Dec 19,2023 now and got nothing. Will start bombarding emails and calls now.

Received a macbook wood cover which was unfortunately damaged during shipping. Have emailed them 7 times over a period of 4 weeks requesting a replacement (which they say is possible on their website) and never heard from them. Even though their website says you will hear back in 24 hours, it's now been over a month and i have still not heard from them.

Extremely slow Customer service.
Ordered and paid for Express Delivery but after two weeks, they still havent solved the issue!!!
Cannot recommend anyone to order from here!
