Wooga support is non existent

Wooga support is non existent, always blaming crashes on user. I have been playing for years, spent a considerable amount of money and they don't care. Yesterday and today it won't even connect to their server on both my ipad and brand new iphone on the newest version of IOS, i have a stable wifi.they want you to delete the app and reload, I will lose all my progress and money spent, when essentially the problem is on their side. Happens every time they do an update. In my opinion they Junes Journey has to be the most expensive game to play, everything is a money grab with no support for issues.

I have played June’s Journey for years…

I have played June’s Journey for years and I’ve had a lot of fun. But as of late I’ve had many issues. The game crashes at various points throughout playing. It could be watching a video, it could be even in the middle of a game, it could be redeeming points, it doesn’t really matter. And now it also has a hard time loading, at times taking up at two minutes. Doesn’t seem to be getting any response from technical support. I’m up to game 1234 and I’m just about ready to just hang it up. Too frustrating. Was fun while it lasted.

Beware of the fact that wooga doesn't give any support.

Wooga simply doesn't care about their customers when it comes down to get rid of people that cheat in the game June's Journey. I've sent them complaints about groups that clearly cheats in the game, and all you get is some standard answer that wooga is monitoring the game etc. That is simply not true, because nothing happens when you complain. It's getting tiresome and the fun of playing the game is not the same anymore.
Besides, I've paid good money to play the game, and I feel like I don't get any value for my money when wooga doesn't give any support at all.

I’ve contacted this company numerous times regarding me getting bumped off of the game in the middle of the game. This last week I have lost over 500 energy points not to mention the prizes I have contacted this company they refuse to assist or even attempt to fix the problem, this is not the first time this is not the first game that I’ve played with this company that the same exact problem has occurred. I’ve spent so much money in the last year so this company should pat themselves on the back that this is what they do to their diehard gamers .

Scam!!!

Scam!!!! I was playing Junes Journey from a pay to play site. I hit one of the benchmarks to receive alot of coins. When I hit that benchmark I noticed "rejected" on my profile. I contacted customer support as to why I didn't receive my reward for hitting the task. Their reply was:

"Our partner rejected your request and you will not be rewarded for the following reason:

Your click was rejected and targeted as Fraud by the Advertiser
You used a VPN or a computer emulator to access the offer and simulate a device on your computer
You manipulated screenshots or used screenshots downloaded from the internet"

First of all, I am playing from my phone. A simple android at that. Don't have a computer. Lastly, the screenshots that I sent them were from my player account with the player ID they assigned me! Please tell me how I downloaded the screenshots of my progress off the Internet if it showed my player ID assigned by them?!!!

So, they received all the revenue from the 100 ads I had to watch and then when it was time to pay me they claim this ridiculous excuse!!!!!

This isn't right and I will be reporting them to whomever I need to!!!

Great game except for the ads !

Great game. Can be a tad expensive but that’s a personal choice. BUT….those ads ! You can’t play the game more than a minute or two before you’re forced to endure another ad. They run for for 30 seconds plus and often it’s a challenge to get rid of them even when they’re over. And it’s often the same ones. It’s as though your sponsors go out of their way to design ads to be as annoying as possible which makes no sense. You really need to deal with this issue.

If I had a choice

If I had a choice, I would give them a zero rating. The anti cheat software they claim to have in place is a farce. With the last competition in Junes Journey that we played, there was a player who was blatantly cheating, Wooga refused to do anything nor did they admit to any wrongdoing inspite of complaints from several players. I am so disillusioned and annoyed with the way they handled the situation, they made me look like an idiot instead. So, no, Wooga is not the ethical game developer they claim to be, certainly not since they were taken over. I will probably be drummed out of the game, if I am that will only confirm all that I have said about them.

Diamond purchase made while offline

During the recent Memoirs series, I went link dead during the transition following an ad. When I returned to the game my screen dispayed the purchase of a 5 star packet for 750 diamonds. This was from one of their ad screens that popped up every time you re-entered the main screen from playing scenes or on log in. I did not have any input into this purchase and was not even technically on line. 750 diamonds was basically a $40 purchase (which I had just recently made for another reason). I immediately notified help about the game glitch. I was advised all purchases were final, whether the result of error or mistake or otherwise. I appealed 3 times, to no avail. I wrote to support for wooga.com requesting a review, as I had no reason to purchase the packet having almost completed the album already. They did not even bother to respond. I have been playing for over 3 years and spent a lot of money on this game. Being totally ignored when their program glitched and stole $40 from me was too much. I will NEVER spend another dime in this or any other game owned by this company. I have been gaming since on line games began, this is the worst behavior I've seen from any game creator.

Every ad crashes game. They all show up as a black screen then close the game. Has gotten worse since August update.
Have contacted support many times but they are no help. Did everything they suggested but didn't help. Now they don't even respond to my emails.

If i could give this company 0 stars a would. I entered in my age wrong by accident after playing for years, sent an email and was asked for passport details which I sent over. They then proceeded to hold onto my personal details and not do anything about it. It’s been a week with 6 emails going out with a response of we don’t know how long this’ll take. I said could it take a year. They said I don’t know. How dare a company hold onto my details for a whole year and not do anything at all with them. I’m in disgust and I hope the company gets shut down

Warning to all

Warning to all. Wooga has started picking random players and accusing them of cheating. They delete your opportunities to participate in groups, even if you have done nothing wrong. Then they ask you to restart the game. They just keep the money you have spent on the game as thieves. And it is totally innocent players that it affects. So don't play June's Journey or any other games from Wooga or Playtika. You risk being accused without reason and having your game, which you have spent years on, deleted. So don't start playing at all. Warning

This would receive zero stars if that…

This would receive zero stars if that was a possibility.

Deliberate pay to play policy has ruined what was an enjoyable little game. This sort of behaviour only serves to alienate players. And will probably now destroy this game.

I have a feeling that by the time the new owners have realised their mistake and removed these new 'money-spinning' irritations from the game, a giant chunk of their player base will have gone elsewhere. And, as we all know, once you lose someone's attention in this rapidly changing environment, you're very unlikely to ever get it back!

Bon voyage, JJ x

Wooga Pearl Peril's extremely poor customer service

Wooga Pearl Peril's had an internal technical issue with the Oct 31-Nov 6 games weekly challenge. The game froze and teams lost points and rewards earned. After 4 days of issues Wooga finally got the issue resolved. However, they then increased the number of points required to earn the finally reward from 805 to 950, with only 2 days to play, making it imposable for any team to get the final reward worth 200 Prestige points. After our team leader contacted them, they gave us a ticket# to request our lost rewards. It took 2 weeks and 13 emails of them saying they had already compensated me when they had not. I was very specific with the date, what the reward was, what happened and provided the game unique User ID. In their replies they kept naming wrong dates, wrong reward, wrong User ID# and then saying they couldn't find my User ID. Because I was very persistent, I finally received the reward I was intitled to. What I don't understand is why they treated me like I was stupid, why they were refusing to give a customer something that cost them absolutely nothing financially. The only thing they accomplished was upsetting their customer and earning this bad review for extremely poor customer service. They need to realize they rely on their customers to stay in business. The poorer customer service they provide and bad reviews they get, the fewer customers they will have. The fewer customers they have the fewer the Ad time they sell are viewed, the fewer the Ads are viewed equals to a loss in income, as their clients pay them by the number times an Ad is viewed. A reduction in income equals a reduction in the number of employees they need and the cycle continues until they are no longer in business. When will companies learn you do not treat your customers like they are stupid.

Anger and Disappointment with "Snippet" Game

I am so angry and disappointed with the latest "snippet" game within June's Journey. I played faithfully for 2 months, several times a day and received nothing but "deja vu's" during the last few weeks of the game. I only needed 3 "snippets to gain the dolphin reward. I will not be treated this way by a game. I was cheated and I won't be playing Juney's Journey in the future or any other Wooga games!!!

Not Getting the Dolphins

People played a lot over the past 2 months and spent a lot of money just to learn they did not receive the prize--the dolphins. It was not revealed by Wooga to us that this was a game of chance and dolphins were not guaranteed. Instead, they told us to play and gave us directions on how to obtain the valued snippets, and we would get the prize. This was highly misleading. People spent a lot of $$ and time and energy just to find they were 1 snippet short of getting the dolphins. We are extremely angry. Very angry. Beyond angry because we feel we were misled. It's too bad that a great game has been ruined. If Wooga reads the posts on the various Facebook pages, they will realize they made a very serious mistake in running the Memoirs.
