My wife is a keen knitter and particularly likes James Brett Aran wool. With so many shops closing on the High Street, she has found it difficult to find wool at a reasonable price. Woolbox has been a welcome discovery as they have a good range of products at a competitive price.

Bought my wool again from this company. Was the best price and arrived quickly.

That′s my second time ordering from Woolbox, and I must say I am very pleased . Since I order from Switzerland .....everything comes very quickly ( took only 5 days )and they let u know at all times where your order is and when it was delivered.

I was looking for good quality 100% Cotton wool to knit my own socks with which as I am on my feet a lot of the time I find really comfortable.There was a good selection of colours and also delivery was fast.So very pleased with my purchase and will use again.

Very quick delivery and beautiful wool great value for money

The order arrived quicker than expected. Sadly the Stylecraft yarn showed knots and felted areas on several balls. Because of this I asked to return the order for a refund and this was easily facilitated by Heather. Woolbox customer service is far better than many other companies. It wasn't their fault that the yarn did not meet the quality I expect.
I would still recommend Woolbox to my knitter friends because of their helpfulness.

Lovely easy website to navigate. There was a good offer on Emu essential cotton yarn so I decided to give it a try. It's knitting up as stated in the description so so far, so good.
Postage was reasonable and it arrived my Royal Mail tracked.
