Only thing I could suggest is maybe automatic updates on shipping company details, and tracking number(s). I had no idea if it had left for shipping or which company it was on board with.
That aside, the parts i recieved were excellent qulaity exactly as described and well packaged. Well priced, and arrived super quick. Thanks Woolies, I'll definatEly keep you in mind for future parts requirements. ☺

Finger on the pulse
944 no start that was tricky to diagnose. Needed a Pulsation Damper and these are generally unavailable with only two on ebay but would have to wait for delivery.
Woolies saved the day finding a good used one while I waited in the shop. Car sorted and back on the road within an hour. Top blokes who are great to deal with.

Good price for a new part and quick delivery. This would have been a five star rating but I was disappointed that the advertised 5% discount (in the 924 Club newsletter) up to £100 did not work, only to be told that I had to spend £50……I spent £49.95. One star lost!

The item was what I had ordered and was fine, but I only gave 3 stars as I paid for a 24 hour delivery as the garage was waiting for it and it was put on a 48 hour delivery. I emailed Woolies back as I paid £2 extra for the service but have heard nothing from them. I would use Woolies again but not on a next day.
