Wonderful product - immediately adopted by our cat.
It took a while to arrive ..but I guess, coming from Katmandu…?

The products are not of the quality I would have expected and arrived flattened and difficult to re-shape. Communication with customer services is either slow or non-existent. Returned product to address shown for returns and “no-one home”. Beware - this is not a proper business.

An amazing cat home. Coco without any hesitation jumped in it She very quickly made it her permanent home especially after I got her a heating cat mat. Worth every penny

Great product. Well made and aesthetically pleasing. My Maine Coon loved it at first sight!

My cat did not like the cave at first but I left in on my bed and removed the cushion I had put inside and very soon after that he started using it and looks very cosy and cute. A good buy! Of course, I don’t know what chemicals (if any) were used in the making or dyeing and I just hope it is entirely natural and not harmful for either cats or the makers.

Got this as another hidey-hole for our 3 month old kitten. She absolutely loves jumping into the Tail house and playing with any toys we hang off the tail on the top. It’s also looks great in the grey.

The description of the product is honest and accurate. The Wooly Cave I ordered is of a high quality standard and was delivered promptly. Most importantly of all, my cat took one sniff, checked inside and curled up immediately. As for me, I love the design, the natural fibres and the colour.

The cat got into the cave immediately and does use it though prefers sitting on laps. Will probably use more when no one is in.

I bought a XL cave when my furries were babies, now they are big they need one each.

I'm so glad I decided to buy a couple of woolycaves, with cats you never know but it turns out they love them! The caves are very well made and will probably last forever. Purchase and delivery were very straightforward so I really have no complaints .

My cat instantly loved her woolly cave and jumped right inside without hesitation. The cave is excellent quality and a stylish addition to our home and the customer service provided was excellent.

I can wholeheartedly recommend these. I saw them advertised on Instagram and bought one of the Tail Caves hoping that one of my cats might use it to keep warmer during the winter. Both cats went into it right away and both started using it and getting a little jealous of it, so I bought another one.

Shipping took at least a couple of weeks which was fine, and the company was very upfront about that. The quality is excellent--these aren't the little thin felt ones that easily tear. They're thick and solid and the cats love them. I was initially worried about ordering something off of social media but I have only positive things to say about them.

Looks really good. The cats were straight in ,one at a time so far .
