An Excellent Program and Excellent Company

A complex but excellent program. I initially had issues (of my own doing) with the program, however, WooTechy support was not only excellent and helpful but patient. I appreciate that kind of customer service greatly.

Helios was very efficient in resolving my issue with the software, it was certainly a pleasure dealing with staff of this character, although I was disappointed that the software did not work, he certainly cushioned that impact, thank you once again, Helios.

The tool looks good and good customer service

The tool looks good and is easy to use. Sadly it didn't work with my particular android (oneplus 9 pro) and therefore I don't give 5 stars.
Customer service (Rina) was very helpful trying to solve my issue! in the end we couldn't make it work but I got a refund without any hassle!
I can only recommend!

good Customer service, can be better with the software

Im unable to solve the issue, due to the outdated system in their software, in which they promised to update, subsequently they supply me with a different software. even though it doesnt solve my problem, its their customer service team, to be specific Livia, at first the reply was slow, however once im sharing my issue, it was fast and proactive.

Good suport and fast answer.

I had a positive experience with the support service, Yasmeen responded quickly to my requests, congratulations and thank you very much. Soundbot and Voxdo are excellent applications. Voxdo helps me a lot in an educational context, for generating audio dubbing for my materials.

Excellent Customer Support!

I had an issue with lost data due to local file cache, but the customer service team was incredibly responsive. Yasmeen helped me quickly and professionally, and even offered extra characters as compensation. Really appreciate the support!

iPhixer didn't work on restoring iPad (Refunded)

iPhixer didn't work on restoring my ipad, dissappointing.

Edit: Even though this product didn't work for me I have changed the rating I gave as they did reach out to me very quickly and refunded me the cost of the software. I thank them for that and they were very helpful.
