This company is a fraud, stay far away from them. They promised a refund, and to pay for return shipping, however then refused the return shipment, and refused to issue a refund. They have multiple different return policies, and even though it says 30 days on the website that I ordered from, they are pulling a 14 fay policy from another website and going by that policy. They are the biggest scam there is. Buy American Made!
According to the website I ordered from, I had 30 days from the date of delivery, not 14! I was well within the 30 day period that was stated on your website. I even provided screen shots to prove that it says 30 days and not 14 days. I stand by my statement, this company is a fraud! Buy only Made in America.

When you requested a return, the product was in the return period, and we happily acceded to your request. But you send the goods almost a month later. It has exceeded the 14 day return period. So we can't return it.
