Do not trust the hype, terrible experience

Terrible awful company. Avoid!
They present as a PR company representing a few Z list, Instagram famous clients. They arrange everything by phone and promise to confirm everything you discuss in an email which despite many requests, never arrives!
They prey on small business owners and exploit them, offering amazing press, media and PR coverage and endorsement from the z list ‘celebrity’ which will grow following and bring you untold amounts of new customers in return for your services, whether it be floristry, balloons, bouncy castle, photography, food vendor etc..
They take your service for FREE and then do not keep up their end of the bargain. They then go underground, maintaining radio silence NEVER answering an email, a DM, a text or a phone call. The website is old and not updated and has NO contact details just a firm submission which nobody answers.
Their tactics are so underhand and are terribly damaging and costly to small businesses. They are harming the people who can least afford to lose financially and praying on vulnerability.

Messaged me to say they had "exciting opportunities" which involved giving free products for goody bags and then paying a fee on top. Contacting small businesses during a cost of living crisis to ask them to give free products *and* a fee on top doesn't seem like the best move for a PR company?
When I replied to explain I had just been discussing the inequality and inequity of these 'opportunities' online (as the results for the company giving free products and money should be somewhat equal to the value of the products and the fee but often results in nothing in return) instead of responding, they deleted their message.
