Lying

Highered up the price after finding out there is coolant leak, most likely head gasket issue, of course he didnt mention the findings in the advert just raised the price even higher while telling me its still in repair, when he notice you know about cars he dont want to bother which is suspicious but not so much with reviews from others that I can see lol

Poor service with no integrity …

I have been waiting for 9 months to write this review i had to give 1 star but if i had my way they would not get any . After my son purchasing a car from cars he took out out a 3 month guarantee just a day or so after this the timing belt/ chain broke ( i totally understand the company would of not known this) BUT the after sales service and the obstacles they put in front to try and not rectify the situation was terrible denying received registered post letters denying we contacted them thankfully to the ombudsman people 9 months latter we won our case so my advice would be stay clear of purchasing a car from this garage .

CARS of Worcester sell dangerous cars with fake MOT's

I have been trying to get these crooks into court for nearly a year.
They sold me a Land Rover Discovery, that is a total death trap. All the MOT's must've been faked by the previous owner, because when I put it in with MOT 9 months after purchase, it failed so badly that the tester said it was the most dangerous car he'd testing in over 20 years.
Bear in mind I can do my own welding and engine building and I'm currently restoring a classic Mini and importing rare Japanese motorbikes.

I bought the Land Rover Discovery with 6 clean MOT's with no indication of corrosion. I was shown by the MOT inspector with the car up on the ramps that you can push your finger through any of the body mounts.
After trying to negotiate unsuccessfully with Dave Farmer of CARS Worcester where he got very aggressive, I took him to court. I won but as the bailiffs entered his premises he stopped it by calling a hearing in court, saying no correspondence from the court reached him. (I have photographic proof he lied about one of the letters I sent him, 'Signed For')
After getting the court proceedings reset to start again. We were offered mediation from the court. Dave Farmer of CARs Worcester turned it down. We have to spend even more money trying to get him into court again. We've spent about £260 trying to get him into court to date, and have a dangerous car on our driveway.
In the hearing, he asked if we still had the car in our possession. He knew that if we didn't still own the car he can make all proceedings come to a halt.

Avoid this company like the plague! I've never experienced such dishonesty. I think he has had previous experience with people taking him to court because the tricks he uses to get out of it must be from experience.

Also bear in mind, we had our one year old boy with us on the day we bought it, and we said we needed a safe car for ferrying him around. He was all smiles and lies!
