The Workflow Magic team took time to understand our unique needs, agree on a development plan, and then implemented the plan in Monday.com. They are highly-skilled and their communication and attention to detail is outstanding. I highly recommend this group.

Victoria was great! She was very patient while she built a user friendly and efficient CRM workspace for my team. Altogether we spent around two months working together making sure our workspace was exactly what we needed. I 100% recommend!

Victoria was quick to understand what we were trying to accomplish. We were wanting to use the software in a unique way in order to keep track of interactions not related to sales. The users are volunteers so the system needed to be set up for ease of use. Victoria saved us time and help gain adoption of the new system! Our team collaborated with Lydia Agopian, the CEO & Founder of Workflow Magic, to develop our Monday boards and establish our creative form process. We initiated weekly calls to ensure both parties understood the requirements and capabilities for each task. Lydia and her team successfully crafted everything we desired, including necessary automations to streamline our workflow. Our final project involved integrating an app from Monday to automate the conversion of submitted forms into PDFs. Workflow Magic completed all projects on time and provided thorough walkthroughs for each, enabling us to take ownership post-project. Exceptional service!

Would definitely recommend Workflow Magic to anyone looking for integration and onboarding assistance with Monday. We presented the team with a pretty old-school process that we previously used to help track due dates and submission dates for our deliverables on an annual, quarterly, semi-annual, and one-off basis by manually updating single line items in an Excel file.

Workflow Magic was able to implement a structure that helped us track due dates and completion status of 2,000+ deliverables on an annual basis that recur at regular intervals and set up a system that ensures nothing falls through the cracks. This is helpful in saving us time, energy, and brain space for more meaningful strategic initiatives. I would guess that this process can save us several hours per month across several employees. Victoria was an excellent partner in learning our process and providing support in how to implement the software after Lydia was able to help build out the structure that would work best for our needs. The implementation took about 30-40 hours of collaboration and work time over the course of several weeks, which was helpful for us to go at our own pace since it took awhile for us to shift our process internally. Really appreciate working with Workflow Magic and would definitely recommend utilizing their expertise.

We had a great experience working with Lydia to connect our new CRM (Monday.com) to our new ATS. The whole process was smooth and efficient and she kept us well updated on progress. We were able to build scenarios that flow between both systems and even were able to address some unexpected challenges as we dug into the project. The whole thing came in ahead of schedule and their support after going live has been excellent. We are very happy with what they have built and would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to others looking to integrate with Monday.com!

They provided my team with an all encompassing plan to track our grants from the opportunities phase all the way through to our project completion. Ryan Nelson was amazing to work with. He quickly handled our requests, communicated with us frequently, and offered helpful solutions to meet our needs. The only reason I didn't rate this at 5 stars was because we would have liked a more in depth understanding of our business' processes to align to, where as some of the solutions provided seemed like they were previously used client templates with slight adjustments. With that said, we are still very happy with the work they did and would use them again in the future.

Both Lydia and Victoria were great about looking for solutions and making changes that aligned with our overall goals for using Monday. They solved problems that I would not have been able to and that helped us in terms of having a tool our team could actually use to help provide quality service to our clients.

Lydia and Victoria were fantastic. They helped me understand all the functionality available on Monday.com that I never would have known myself. Plus they set up reporting and organized all the information and data so I can best make, track, and close! our pitches. In particular, they looked at the various types of sales and pitches we do helped us categorize and segment the information in a way that will help us do reporting and manage the workflow process. This is a HUGE help to organizing my business and will save me countless hours going forward. I can't say enough about how terrific and helpful they are. Highly recommend.

Our firm worked directly with Ryan from Workflow Magic. He built a data tracking / reporting dashboard for our financial planning company on Monday.com. Ryan was very thorough and collaborated with 3 of our team members on the project. Our team was very pleased with the experience and the outcome of the dashboard.
