Good quality and prompt
I only had a small addition to make to our kitchen. I needed to use the bespoke service - and found that the process was just as easy and as much care taken as for a larger order. Everything was completed really promptly and delivery was also prompt and well communicated.

Great that you can select a delivery day to suit, communication from start to finish on a delivery timescale chosen with a pre arrival phone call from the driver 20 minutes prior, they also included a text message the night before making you aware of your arrival with clear instructions for delivery

Worst experience
Worst experience! Spent £750 with this company on solid oak worktops, the 2m is a different shade to the 2x 3ms, the 3ms both arrived damaged.
I have the joiner booked tomorrow and all they can offer is a replacement or 10% discount, don’t care about how much money I’m going to lose due to their incompetence.
EDIT: They’ve left a comment saying I refused a replacement, I haven’t. I’ve refused to be out of pocket from them - avoid this company, when something goes wrong they are just simply rude and unprofessional.

We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with the resolution offered.
We would, however, like to clarify that we offered to replace the affected worktops at the earliest available opportunity, which was two working days from when the damage was reported. Whilst replacement is the appropriate resolution, you advised us that this option did not align with your pre-arranged fitter’s appointment.
In an attempt to accommodate your requirements, we also offered a 15% partial refund as an alternative resolution, should you prefer to retain the existing worktops and proceed with the pre-arranged installation. Whilst this is not a resolution we are obligated to provide, we were happy to offer this goodwill option to help minimise the inconvenience.
We are sorry that the options offered did not meet your expectations, but we remain satisfied that the matter was handled appropriately and that reasonable resolutions were offered. Both options remain available.

The order process was simple and straight-forward and the delivery was extremely fast with the worktops arriving exactly within the 2-hour window given. Speedy delivery.
Worktop was wrapped well, a boon as it had to stay outside for a day in Welsh weather. Worktop (marble effect) has a textured feel to it, rather than being shiny/slippy. Not a silly price.
